The food is horrible and the customer service was horrible!

The horrible food and the horrible customer service also as if they were giving the food for free, the workers in a bad mood.

Food was okay, but the costumer service was horrible! Roches crawling on floor and walls it was discussing! Will never return….

Last Time I ate there, was a bad experience l ordered a horchata water but l saw a cockroach inside the container. I told the lady and she ignored me and she kept serving the water to the customers. I can't believe she acted like that, instead dumping the water and stop selling the horchata water.

I ordered a Milanese cake and it was very golden and it shouldn't be prepared like that, it should be soft. I don't recommend it.

We must've gone on an off day. We frequent the
Western center location, and we were in the area
It's really really nice inside. However, no idea about the
service. We received the chips d salsa. That's it!
Waiters zipped past us several times, and no one
stopped by or acknowledged us. We were not
tucked away. We were seated on a corner area.
Waited 15 minutes, and no one came by for water
or drinks. Not to mention our order.
We walked across the street to give Babe's our
patronage.

Personally, I loved the natural juice I ordered.
But the way the owner treats the employees
How he treats you is the worst!
How employees cannot hide the mistreatment they receive
You can see it on their face, lady, take care of your employees, if you take good care of them
We clients will see better faces and better attention, you can see the look on their faces that the boss is going to scold me.
If you do not like! Don't do this, customer service.

My favorite dishes are carne asada, roasted corn quesadilla, and chile Relleno. This time I ordered the roast beef without beans and little rice but the dishes are always super well served. I like the taste and quality of the food and the tortillas are handmade. Warm in the moment.

Everything is delicious, but there are times when they are very crowded and they don't serve you well.

The worst choice I've made in a long time. Buy quesadillas filled with cabbage, shredded chicken. A fraud. I recommend not spending your money there.

The lady at the counter was nice. I had the chicken street taco plate and the chicken was shredded & SUPER dry. Beans had no flavor. The only thing I liked was the pineapple water. You may struggle if you have questions b/c no one speaks English at this place.
