Whenever I would start cleaning I would feel like there was no end to it. I needed help. Molly Maid came to my rescue. They cleaned everything. I can breathe easier now knowing my will get a thorough cleaning once a month. They left me a cute little rose made out of toilet paper. Thank you Molly Maid!

Thought about giving one star, but at least they showed up. I am currently recovering from a stroke and it is the situation that I explained during my initial service request as well as my initial phone call with them. Because of this, I indicated that if they would just text me because I am in therapy all day, that would be the best way to get a hold of me and get a response for me, especially since I have a map going directly to my apartment that alleviates any confusion on how to get to my apartment, that would be best. Time came, and there was no text, the person that called apparently had no notes from any previous anything because she asked how I was going to let them in if I was in the hospital. This is something I had already gone over on the first conversation that I could let them in through my phone. Then she asked how I would describe to get to my apartment and again I said if they text me, I will be able to show them a map and she was like “oh OK”. Nothing else. Seems like a “top-notch” group of people working there, even firestone is able to read notes from a customer’s previous interactions with staff. But apparently, not these people.

Molly Maids of Austin's maids stole about $18,000 worth of jewelry from my home. I currently have an open police report filed with Travis country police.

Alma and Gloria were very thorough in their cleaning service, one of the best teams we've had. We appreciated their work ethic and quiet. The coordination with the office was appreciated as well.

New customer here and the first thing I can say is that I am impressed. Team 57 Cristina and Jessica did an amazing I had dust. Dust from the inside, dust from the outside, and dust from recent home renovations. Dog fur and muddy paw prints on my floor. The team came in and really took care of everything. They work from the top down and then sweep, vacuum and mop to finish. Cleaned every room in the house and made it sparkle again. They really knocked it out of the park. I look forward to them coming back in a couple weeks and I look forward to getting my time back to be able to do what I want instead of trying, and failing, at cleaning. Highly recommend. Both women were pleasant and thorough. Ruta and Yolanda handled all my junk carefully and yet were able to make it sparkle. How do they do it? It’s a miracle. I am looking forward to having them back. 10/10!

My kitchen is spotless! The stove needed attention and got it! My whole house looks clean! Sometimes cleaners will swish a mop across the floor just to say it’s mopped. But this time my floors were really cleaned! Everything dusted. No dust bunnies around furniture legs, etc. So grateful for a job well done!

I’ve been with Molly Maids a few years now and I have nothing but positive things to say. The ladies do a great job of cleaning my apartment and do it very efficiently, too. I’ve never known them to spend more than 40 minutes cleaning my place and when they are done it is sparkling clean.
