We had our house cleaned last Saturday. Was told that someone would call when they were on the way. Nobody called. I called to see if somebody did come, and nobody ever called back to confirm. I had to show up the day I’m moving out of the house to find out that it was clean, but it wasn’t cleaned like it should have been. There were many things that were not cleaned, and many very easy things to clean that were not cleaned, like wax on the bathtub, and water stains in the bathtub that could have been easily rinsed out. The only communication I got after asking for a call back was a message asking me to complete a survey. Not the best customer service. For $300 I’d expect to be a little more satisfied.

They normally provide hourly $92/hr based cleaning service and 2 people came to do the cleaning, they didn’t even clean single thing properly as they were cleaning the very slowly and not even paying attention to the owners.

What they did not good?
They did not even clean the ceiling fans, chandeliers
Partially cleaned blinds, mirrors, vanity room and bathrooms etc.
Didn’t vacuum the floor & carpet properly and all the dust were clearly visible

What they did good?
They simply spent 4 hrs and charged $368 for nothing.

The ladies are always friendly and professional. I love coming home to a clean house, it smells good and they do a great job!

The maids did a great job with my monthly clean. There was a communication error but it was resolved professionally and quickly. I will have them back next month.

We have leveraged their cleaning services since last 3 months. The first few services were fantastic (due to their supervisor Jani). Since last time, we are noticing different crew is coming and they don’t bother to listen nor take time to clean. After the last cleaning, we reported to the customer service (Rosa) and asked where is Yani. She said Yani is no longer with the company. When we reported crew did not clean well, she said this time she will send a supervisor (which used to be Jani before). This time when cleaners came. They were worse. They were not even ready to vacuum the carpets. Supervisor lady had bad attitude. Even my nanny who speaks Spanish said she is hearing the supervisor constantly complaining in Spanish that she doesn’t like to clean with Molly Maid. Then the supervisor lady decided she doesn’t want to clean. So, we reported this to the customer service (Rosa) and the response we got is that it’s customer”s fault. Since last time we have asked to have a talk with the owner but he is too busy to call. At the end the customer service lady (Rosa) told us we cannot service you but we will charge you for the bad service they provided us. The height of unprofessionalism. We have spent last 1.5 hours cleaning the house ourself on Friday afternoon.

Team #10 did an excellent job cleaning our house. It was so nice to have a job well done. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you for a job well done!

Daisy and Maria did an absolutely amazing job! They showed up on time, and immediately walked in and got to work. They definitely exceeded my expectations in every way. Everything looked and smelled so wonderful, and they got our home back in tip top shape! Thank you for providing an amazing service! Would definitely call you guys again and recommend to others.

The two ladies that came to my house were very professional and did a great job. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I ask for specific cleaning things done along with my deep clean which were neglected… I paid a high dollar for the service which I then had to go back and clean myself… through out the house things were moved and not put back and I had to go through the house putting things back where they belonged. I had to search for things that weren’t put away… I contacted the service via email to address my concerns and they never responded to my email. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I have been using Molly Maids since 2005. I have always had a great experience with the teams that come out to clean my house. They are always on time, very professional and do a great job cleaning my home! It is so refreshing to see the house when they are done! I would highly recommend Molly Maids of Ft Worth.

We just had our first cleaning done by Maria Cano and Daysi. They did an INCREDIBLE job! Even my young children (7,5 & 3) commented on how nice the house looked and how good it smells. (They especially loved the neat way the ladies arranged their toys on their beds) We have used 3 other services in the past and were always left wanting more but not this time! Every nook and cranny was spotless.
Our initial walk-through for the estimate with owner David went great. He was kind and friendly and told me exactly what to expect and that is what I got! I'm so thankful for them and looking forward to continuing our bi-weekly service.

They were very thorough in clean our home once we moved out. The ladies were very kind and responsive to what I needed cleaned. I would call them again

Team 7 did an awesome job on my house. They cleaned in areas that my last cleaning company never touched. I’m happy to be a new Molly Maid customer!

Very efficient housekeeping service. Friendly, honest personnel - often have a supervisor show up unannounced to inspect the work and make sure it’s properly done. We appreciate their professionalism.

I gifted a deep cleaning in early May for my daughter who was 38 weeks pregnant. They charged me 294.00 for this. Non of the light fixtures were cleaned. The dust from the ceiling fan was left on their comforter! My daughter told them to lock up after they finished as she had a doctors appointment. She noticed once she got home. This was unacceptable to me for the amount of money they charged me. I sent several emails to Molly Maids but have yet to hear from them. I will never recommend Molly Maids!

This is the first time I have used Merry Maid. There were two ladies here. They were friendly and professional and did a great job.
