Molly Maid of Northeast San Antonio and New Braunfels

Absolutely worth it. This is my third service with them and they do an outstanding job. Today I had team 72 (I didn't catch everyone's name) and they were awesome. They are so polite and thorough. Team 72 in New Braunfels is doing an outstanding job. If you're on the fence about it, it's worth it!

I've been a customer since at least 2021 and I'm always so happy with their service. Today team 72 (Jeannette and Betsy) went above and beyond and I am so grateful to them for their services.

Sparkling clean! The MM ladies are the best! Team #72 worked quickly and efficiently to make everything in the household sparkling clean.

The person who confirmed the day I needed a move out cleaning scheduled the service for the wrong day and they thought it would be ok to come a day late after I told them repeatedly that it wasn't. I won't ever call them again. Can't trust them to show up when you need them to.

Veronica and Vanessa are hands down the best. They seamlessly coordinated our one time cleaning and we're very kind and professional. Without having to tell them, they cleaned everything we needed and avoided anything we didn't need cleaned or moved. I even noticed a dirt spot on my bathroom wall that they noticed and removed after it had been there for months! What a peace of mind they've given back to our family. Thank you so much! Cleaned thoroughly, asked for preferences, reliable. They show up like clockwork. Friendly and professional. Try to do one extra cleaning each time.

Jes and Lisa do a fabulous job cleaning our home. They even ask me to double check everything while they're here to ensure I'm satisfied. I've requested them for every cleaning!

Veronica and Vanessa were VERY virtuous and respectful of our time. They worked around us being here and our two large dogs. House looked amazing when they left!

Maria G and Jeantte D (Team Route 72) made our home so clean and it was great to come home to. Thank you for doing such a excellent job and making it our home again! We were very pleased with the attention to detail and the cleanliness of our home. They made this very personable like it was their own. It smelled so fresh even with our puppies in the home. Overall a pleasant experience thanks to Janet and Maria team 72 with busy lives such as my family and I’s it’s difficult to keep the house nice and presentable, but Molly maid has us covered and then some. Highly recommend.

We've used Molly Maid for over 3 years for standard bi-weekly cleaning (floors, bathrooms, dusting, etc). About 95% of the time they do a good job but I have had to report some fairly obvious misses before. However, each time they've offered to send another crew out to fix any issues.

Jeanette and Maria have been the team coming for the past few weeks and they've done an excellent job.
