We just had a deep clean done by Team 3 - Lety and Dinora. They were extremely professional and efficient. Our home has never been cleaner. I highly recommend this company. The fact that they do quality checks by supervisors is amazing. We will rebook this team!

2023 Update: Team 12 (Norma and Silvia) continue to do a phenomenal job with my regularly scheduled cleaning. They're super nice, friendly, and truly do an amazing job of keeping my home dust-free and clean. I'm always excited for their arrival, and so pleased with the results when they've left. I also want to mention the office team. I mainly speak with Laura and she's always super helpful if I have questions about anything.

Original from 2022: Norma and Eva (team 12) were wonderful! I can tell that they are committed to doing a phenomenal job with my spaces. I had hired another company who took three times as long and didn't do half of what these ladies did. I was pleasantly surprised when I looked in areas (like my hallway closet) I didn't think they would clean only to find they had cleaned them. I would definitely recommend them and Molly Maid, and I think I will likely even sign up for regular service.

Team 3 was sent to clean my apartment. They did a wonderful job! Very pleased. Not a spot anywhere. They took a load off my plate with how busy I am. Thanks to Molly Maid. Hope I'm a long-time customer.

Molly Maids of Northwest Dallas, Team 13: Angela and Ruth were prompt, professional, and were very thorough. We are very pleased with the overall deep cleaning of our home and they were both very patient with our dogs. A supervisor also came by to review the home prior to completion to ensure no items were overlooked or missed.

This is the 1st time I used Molly Maid, did a lot of research of different cleaning services and Molly Maid showed to be the best.
I was not disappointed at all with Molly Maids team #4, Rosmeri & Selina. They did and awesome job of cleaning my home, I was thoroughly impressed, (and that's not easy to do). I have already recommended the service to persons I work with.

I hired MM to come do a "party clean" at my 3 bed 1 bath house. MM sent team #9, Mercy and Gladys, and my life is forever changed. You see, there were three things that were making me spiral out of control and they were dust, dog hair and spider webs. Well apparently Mercy and Gladys took lessons and became top tier destroyers of those three things! They came into my home and in two hours they removed all that hoped to defeat me! Mercy and Gladys are the epitome of the phrase, "Not all heroes wear capes".

Now, not all creatures are fans of Team #9; there have been spider protests outside my home.let 'em protest! Mercy and Gladys will take them on any day!

When Team #9 left, my house sparkled! Thank y'all so much! I am preparing my 2024 budget and I can assure you that regular visits by these heroes will be planned in said budget.

Technicals: I live in an 1100 SQF 3 bed, 1 bath house. I did not include a deep clean (inside oven nor fridge) nor any laundry or bed changes. This was a surface clean only. They were here for two hours, worked swiftly and were very pleasant. I feel the price I paid was on point and would recommend 10/10

I received a gift card for my birthday. I’ve NEVER had a professional cleaning before. I am so impressed! My cleaners were Team 1 (Catalina, Dinora, and Argelia) and I couldn’t be happier! They even cleaned my dirty scrub daddy on my sink…that’s how thorough. Will use again!
