Bought a pre-owned vehicle online recently from Momentum. Was familiar with the dealership from living in Houston, but now live 600 miles away. While browsing AutoTrader, found the perfect vehicle in their inventory for my wife at a great price and decided to give them a call. Fortunately, I found Ken Terry in Sales who personally test drove the vehicle and made sure the remote buying experience was as smooth as possible. Had an issue upon the vehicle being delivered that was worked out with Ken and Tommy Savage. Very happy with the vehicle and the purchase, you can trust this dealership when buying remotely.

Visited BMW on Sw freeway for scheduled oil change. Joe worked with me he was excellent. Customer service is excellent they set me up a Uber so I could go have lunch while they fixed my car. They picked me up & all was complimentary. One of the reasons I’ve been a BMW owner & always will be.

This is the second time having an unfavorable experience here. After spending thousands of dollars on repairs I would expect better. My service advisor was James this time and frank last time. My car took 3 weeks to be finished with repairs. 2 days after getting my car back the same error light came back on the car. I notified janes, told him I needed a loaner and needed this fixed. He replied he would check into the loaner and get back to me. That was almost a week ago. This is the second bmw that I have purchased and given the reputation and cost of Bmw’s I would expect better service. It feels as if they don’t really cars. I will no longer pateonize this business. I’m switching over to Mercedes or Maserati.

Today was my third time visiting this location. First time was on 12/19/20 when I needed coolant. The young man who helped me was pleasant and topped off my coolant for free even though I expected to pay.

Due to his wonderful customer service, I decided to have my oil changed there on 12/22/20. My service advisor, Sufyan, was pleasant and not pushy. He recommended what repairs needed to be made and I told him I would have them done later due to the holidays. I even told my husband I was going to have Momentum replace a belt that was wearing down and use my BMW credit card so I could get extra points.

Anyways, I noticed that my car was saying I had service due since 12/2020. So, I thought Momentum forgot to reset my car after the oil change. When living in Austin, I had this happen and they nicely reset the car without the 3rd degree.

Today (2/19/21), I stopped by Momentum to have my car reset so I could know when my next oil change is due. When I pulled up, I explained to the young lady that I had my oil changed there in either December or January and they forgot to reset it. She asked me if I was sure I had the service done there, I told her yes. She then asked for my receipt. I told her I did not have it and asked if she could look it up.

She walked off and I heard her telling an older lady that I had my car serviced there and needed it reset. The older lady proceeds to ask me again if I had my car serviced there {yes} and if I had the receipt {no}. I once again asked if they could look up my information. (Mind you, she never answered my question.) The older lady then asked who my service advisor was. I told her I did not know. I then remembered I paid for the oil change via text and showed her the text exchange. She explained that they could not reset my car if the service warning was for something else. I understood.

After that, I was asked to get out of my car and take my key fob to a service advisor so he could read it. The service warning was for a brake fluid flush (which I declined in December because I usually get this done when I have my brakes serviced, see pic). I informed the service advisor and the older lady that I had declined this service the last time I was there. I was then told it did not matter and it could not be reset.

I have been owning a BMW for over 10 years (my 1st was a Z4 and God I miss her). I have never had any issues with BMW of Austin where I purchased my car or any other dealership in Houston until today. This is the 1st time I have visited a BMW dealership and received the 3rd degree regarding a request. If I did not have a receipt, guess what? The service advisor would ask me for my phone number so they could LOOK IT UP instead of acting like I was trying to steal a service. So besides being insulted, I cannot have a my car reset because I refused service during an oil change. I have refused services in the past with no problem and my car would be reset.

The only reason I gave them 2 stars is due to the 2 previous occasions where the service was exceptional. Today warranted a 0 and I will never go there again. I live in Sugar Land and will take my car to Katy.

Update-I called as requested and asked for Tommy. The receptionist informed me that he was not there and would call me back. Two months later, still no response.

I told them my brakes are making noise, somtime hard to stop and they insert my car key into scanner and told me that brake are good we can change them 4 k Miles later. My maintenance warranty is finishing at June. Basically they don't check brakes with mechanic. And they don't wanna do it free because breaks cover by warranty. And I will call main bmw office in usa to.complain.

Guys my experience at Momentum BMW was incredible! I purchased my car on 3/9/20. My team that made my purchase special were Curtis Josey, my sales advisor and Jason Merchant, my finance manager. This team is something special! Curtis ensured that I had the best deal on my 535i. He made sure that the car was available and ready on the day of pickup, and also, made sure that I had the best deal in Houston! Jason worked his magic on the financing. So much so that I returned the financing I originally had to go with BMW financing. Please consider this duo on your visit to Momentum BMW!

Service Advisor, Shef Habhab, is the absolute best! Great communicator and quick to update!
I never had to reach out to him to check the status of my car, he kept me up to date and delivered as promised.

Vanessa at momentum was very professional and helpful. I found the exact car I wanted and she accommodated my husband and I walking in close to closing time to buy. She also gave us a free detail and tank of gas. When she couldn’t answer our questions she brought the finance manager over and he was very friendly and professional. Will definitely continue to be a customer of Momentum BMW. 0

Again very good service at Momentum BMW. I brought my car in for annual service and a recall related to the software controlling the oxygen sensors. They greeted me in a friendly manner and got me in to see a service advisor right away. They thought the service might take all day, so provided me with a very nice loaner car.

About five hours later they called to tell me the car was ready. I brought back the loaner and, again, the process was very smooth and efficient. The car was nicely washed and looks and runs great!

I cannot say enough positive comments about my service advisor- Matt Blevins. He is top notch. No matter if I call and ask questions by phone, there is a minor issue at the dealership.he always takes care of it. I had a car wreck early March, my first call after departing scene was Matt to make plans. He really represents the Range Rover brand and the Momentum dealership very well.

Donald JeanLewis at Momentum was very patient with us as we made a decision about which car best fit our needs. We basically spent 2 days learning about the options available and whether or not we wanted an X5 or X7. The dealership had several cars available and we were able to choose one that best fit our needs and had the options we wanted. We decided on an X7 and we are very happy with it. Although we hope we will enjoy the X7 for many years to come, we look forward to working with Donald and Momentum in the future.

Excellent vehicle choice, customer service, and a very experienced and knowledgeable team. Streamlined and efficient paperwork was also a plus! This was our second purchase at Momentum BMW and won’t be our last!

Amazing experience @ Momentum! Ask for Selvin, he is amazing! He worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted. Jared, sales manager, did a phenomenal job to close the deal. I couldn't ask for a better team to put me in my new BMW. I'm a customer for life!

Advisor Cedric went out his way to secure a loaner for me after found out there are three manufacture recalls instead of one so that the repair will take all day. The car is running great and look real nice given the free cleaning. Highly recommend!

FURIOUS! If I could give less than 1 star I would. Typical dealership taking advantage of a woman who (a) is in a must fix situation, and (b) who doesn't know any better.

To many details to post. If anyone from the dealership gives a damn, feel free to call me, but be ready for an earful.

2-3 hours is too long to wait for an oil change and service. Especially when you have an appointment.
