Our Service Rep at Momentum BMW/Mini on Bissonnet and 59 is great he never seems to amaze us on getting our Mini Cooper in and out asap. We usually get a Loaner and of course it’s always one that’s the Latest model which we love that. This location has been only to Service our Mini S Cooper. Thank You JG for all the Help. ALLYCE BASS was an awesome Service Advisor. Was in town and service light came on for my 2021John Cooper Works Clubman. She got me in and taken care of quickly. I have owned a 2002 Mini and a restored 1962 Mini Cooper. Best dealership ever.

I had a positive experience with my MINI's service. Natalie promptly assisted me through on-site chat, securing a service appointment. The service center efficiently addressed my concerns, and I appreciate Israfil Dilbaz, a Russian-speaking specialist, accommodating my language preference. Leaving my MINI, I was pleasantly surprised to be provided with a temporary replacement of a different model. The manager's communication via SMS was a convenient touch. Additionally, the salon offered delicious coffee, enhancing my overall satisfaction.

The service at Momentum Mini is one of the reasons that I am a repeat customer. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. JW Stevens is my service advisor and he helped me tremendously this past week after I had hit a pothole and ruined both passenger side tires and bent a part of the front suspension. Made an appointment for follow up service knowing I had a failing battery. I thought that I might get a break on the battery with a warranty since the car is only 2 years old. I was told that the battery failed prematurely because I have a third-party Garmin dash camera installed and the drain on the battery when the car is in sleep mode is on it drains the battery. The dash cam has been installed on this car for over two years and has also been installed on my wife's Lexus RX350 for the same time. We have never had a problem on either cars until this time. I contacted Garmin and they say the drain at 48 mA (as measured by the Momentum Mini Dealer) should not be a problem. I contacted BMW/Mini Cooper tech support and they have not replied to my request for input. I will not do business with this dealer again and will not purchase another Mini Cooper or BMW again. Sad because this was my second Mini and owned a BMW X5 prior to that.

My state vehicle inspection was done very well, timely manner and they also washed my car. Well done!

My service advisor Allyce Bass was awesome to work with. She took the time to explain in detail all of the issues that needed to be addressed. Because if the superior service I received and Allyce's attention to detail, I will be a repeat customer

Parts department was mostly helpful with my spare key order but was unsure of the sync process. Luckily I figured it out on my own.
