I recently closed a deal with Elton Vazquez at Momentum Real Estate Group. It was one of the easiest transaction I’ve had. Elton was super attentive and helped me along the whole process.

SCAM! Called me even though I'm on the do not call list. I have never given them permission to contact me nor do i have a home that I'm looking to sell.

I sent an inquiry about selling my property to this firm. I received an email from the owner, wanting to get more information. I replied to his email and never heard anything further. About 3 days later I received an email from someone else at the firm asking if I was still interested in receiving a quote. I replied to that email stating the I was and to give me a call to discuss further. Again, never heard anything further from that person. A few days later, I received an email from yet a 3rd person asking if I would like to hear more information. I replied that I did, but so far two other people never responded. This final 3rd person has been very inconsistent with communication and has just beat around the bush for a week now. I was supposed to hear an update this past Friday and never did. I sent him a text at 4pm to find out what was happening. He finally responded at 10pm saying, "I will follow up tomorrow and thanks for the text reminder". Saturday came and went with absolutely no communication from him. Again, I sent a text around 4pm to see what was happening and never got any kind of response.

Horrible Real Estate Agency, randomly sending texts to bid on my house that was never listed on market. He dishonestly claimed he wanted to settle in my house. His real estate license shall be suspended.

As perfect as you can come, you can’t go wrong with Kelly Henderson and her team in the Greater Phoenix Arizona area of this country. Please don’t hesitate to contact her with as many questions as you might have, that is if you still have any after seeing all the videos and step by step process she has laid out for her clients. She is very professional and very on top of things. She knows the real estate market is her business. Trust the professionals. We sold ours in 3 days in a down-trending market. Of course it takes two to tango so we danced to the song the market was playing together so our moves together as a couple “client and realtor” makes all the difference. After talking with them about my house they made what I thought was a far offer with the repairs needed. I was able to lease back for a couple months wile my new place was being finished. Fulfilled my end and as they did with there’s. Got my deposit back with the lease back option. Very pleased with the results.

The Owner Tom Harms is an amazing businessman with a heart of gold, He believes in fairness and equal opportunities in every deal he gets his hands on. The team is very knowledgeable and i can tell the moral is high. I would recommend doing business with them 100%. Buy a house, Sell your house or just simply become one of their investors.i am sure your experience with them will be memorable.
