I'm going to be honest: this is a great place to chill, have a cocktail, and spend time with friends. The bartenders are super cool and play some of the best music out there, they might as well curate the Playlist. Great fan, and I highly recommend it!

I visited this establishment recently to eat at Veggie Jackson the popular vegan food truck! I stopped inside for a moment and tried a margarita with mescal. The drink was mixed very nicely and tasted delicious. I don’t like a strong alcohol taste as I don’t drink often. Between the vibe and the music and the drinks I really enjoyed my time at Monarch.

There is a good truck called Veggie Jackson in the patio that serves El Paso's best vegan food! This place is the bomb!

Every time I go here, it's always a pleasant time. Very chill atmosphere. People are great. Very nice bar around the downtown area.

Cool place to have a beer, gets packed over the weekend when there is live music. Prices are also accessible

Ohhhh dude you know this bar is so good, in this bar I knew so many differnet people, and the bar have style, well in my personal opinion haha. The bar sell beers, food and different shots.
The music is good and the bar have a good ambient to relax, dance o wherever you want.
In my personal opinion yo should to visit this place, sometimes i go to write and drink.
And in another times i go to listen music and drink.
I really like this place and i reccomend this place.

Cool spot to go to for some beer and hangs with the crew. Monday night karaoke is always fun. They have shows almost every day of the week, local bands and more. There's also a vegan food truck in the patio.

I like this place, beer is decently priced, the atmosphere is chill, music is at a good volume, but the bathrooms are terrible.

The vegan taco truck behind the bar (called Moonsi) is the bomb dot com! Absolutely incredible. Also the people are extremely nice!
