Just done with the appointment.people are very gentle right from receptionist Christine.dr.nick and her assistant he was very warm, helpful and generous.the hygiene they maintain throughout is appreciable.

Please do not go here to have your dental work done! Over the last two years they have ruined my teeth. There is turnover in the dentists, the lab they use is terrible. I first had two crowns done. One had to be redone 3 times. The other lasted 15 months and broke in half. Then I had a crown done on another tooth and the whole tooth broke off at the gumline. They now want me to get an implant for $5000 to replace that tooth that they caused me to lose! I finally went to see a REAL dentist. He was appalled at my saga. I have talked to an attorney because it is going to cost so much to fix what Monarch screwed up. I wanted to give them a chance to make it right before suing them. The Office Manager Crystal said the Regional Manager was going to call me "in two days". That was two weeks ago. This is the bottom of the barrel for dentistry. Please don't go to Monarch - it is cheaper than a real dental office, but in the end you will lose money fixing their shoddy work. My name is Debbie Duggan Cooke. Have you been to a place and treated as a number. Instead of individual care focus is on protocols and you are told about what needs to be done and how it will be spread over couple of visits not paying any attention to the patient needs. I went for a routine check and cleaning. Basically had bunch of xrays and was given a list of things that need to be done over multiple visits with no other care provided at that visit. Was told has to be done separately as that is how they do it at the clinic. This was not the experience I was aiming for. Will find a Dentist who can take care of me and not focus on just having me come there ten times and take care of me in shifts. Thanks

Dr. Nik and the entire team at Monarch Dental were extremely professional and caring and made me feel really comfortable during my entire appointment. Dr. Nik is very experienced and very compassionate and took great care of my dental needs.
Dr. Nik immediately corrected a dental problem that I had been dealing with over a year that my previous dentist had caused and didn't correct even after I brought it to their attention.
If you want to go a dentist that actually cares about her patients and their needs, Dr. Nik is best.
I highly recommend Dr. Nik and her team.

From the front desk to the dentist assistant and dentists, they were all so amazing! They were very nice and sweet. They answer all my questions and helped me understand the process and payment. They gave me a good discount and I for sure appreciate that. They showed me how much they care for their patients. Will be returning for sure.

I was pretty much told to suffer until I get a night guard, best part of all, this will take a few weeks to arrive so, sorry about your bad luck. I’ve never felt so humiliated.

Plan to take out a loan to have a tooth removed unless you have amazing insurance I guess go somewhere else it’s so much cheaper

Great experience. Had my teeth cleaned in which the dental hygienist really made my teeth sparkle. Front desk staff professional and courteous! Ten plus years at this location and consistent positive experience.

It's a total rip off. No matter how good your dental insurance is, Monarch still finds many ways to make you pay out of pocket. They look for billing codes that is not included in your insurance and they use, so you can pay out of pocket. They do not follow the billing code that your insurance covers. They do many unnecessary procedures to add up to your bill. Do not waste your time or money there.

Today was my first visit to this office. Everyone was awesome, from the lady at the front desk, to the hygenist, to the doctor, to the lady in their financial office. They even took the time to coordinate my schedule for a visit with endodontist and their office on the same day. By far, the best dental experience I've had.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. The front desk is very professional and it's easy to schedule appointments. The dentist and her staff are awesome we have never had any issues with any of the services they have provided for our family. I highly recommend this clinic.

Worst experience ever. They are very unprofessional. Please check before going if they accept your insurance. Because, they don't seem to be doing a good job about checking your insurance. They keep sending you bills after bills. Staff is nice as long as you have no complains. But extremely rude is you are have concerns or issue. They won't even let you talk to the doctor. Would NEVER recommend this on to any one.

Overcharged for procedure. The issue was reported to the insurance company. Monarch denies the overcharge. The insurance company has reimbursed me for the over charge. The accounting is pathetic and the fact that they disagreed with the insurance company goes to show how bad they are.

I am terrified of injections. Dr. Toosi was so easy with the injections I didn't feel any pain. The dental assistant (korine) was very nice and made me comfortable during the procedure. Everyone in the front office were very professional. Thank ya'll for everything.
