The worst place to get dental cleaning or Ortho treatment. Management tricks people into useless services to charge them more.

In my Ortho treatment, they completely bungled insurance filing with my insurance provider and now keep on sending me remaining balance letters.

I called and emailed them many times for resolution but they don't do anything about it but keep on sending me letters.

I had two crowns and 4 fillings done on 11.26.19 that took five hours total in the dentist office. One of my crowns popped off, and I had to return today to get it replaced. I have been waiting for an hour so far, and there are three patients total here. The cost is very high, and my only reason for coming here is its close to my house. The receptionist Kesha is very nice and friendly so that’s a plus, but I don’t think I will be returning after this.

I had a great experience with Monarch Dental staff. I made an appointment and was able to get scheduled within 2 weeks. The staff was excellent and made me feel at ease. They went over my plan of care with me and helped me understand my options for treatment. Everyone is friendly and I’m so happy to have found such a great Dental team.

AVOID AT ANY COST, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER PRACTICE, ONE STAR IN THIS CASE IS EXTREMELY OVERRATING IT: This place is absolutely atrocious. Receptionist don't know how to talk to people, they are all about figuring out how to get you in and charge you more. We get quoted $295 and just before the surgery (which my wife fasted for), they ask for $420 because they have to charge for "oxygen" during the surgery which insurance won't cover. Please don't tell me these people are not professional enough to think oxygen will be needed during surgery ahead of time. This is not the first time they did the same thing with her cleaning on previous occassion. They always add something at the end that insurance won't cover. You can bet, I will be making a call to insurance agency to look at these people's claim much more closely.

The appointment was at 9: 30 and patient before us was taken in at around 10: 45. She was taken in at around 12: 15 for her surgery. When I tried talking receptionist, instead of being apologetic she had guts to say "you have to think about this, this is not a cleaning appointment this is a surgery. You have to account for more time". I understand surgery takes more time but the fact that she called us in at 9: 30 and were not even able to get us in till 12: 15 is just sheer lack of planning and respect for anyone's time. There was only one patient going through surgery and he went in at 10: 45, so for these people to call us at 9: 30 was brainless.

Needless to say, we will be looking for new dentist and will certainly be recommending to our friends and family and whoever else we can to avoid this place.

I recently had gum surgery and Dr. Dean and her assistants were great. Danielle was very kind and patient with me up to and at the time of surgery, as I was very apprehensive.

This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. Almost all the people there are rude and don't know how to communicate. They made me go through unexpected procedures and at the end the Doctor said "Oh I can't do this. " This was very frustrating, a complete waste of my time and I ended up with nothing. The Doctor does about 10 percent of the work and the tech does the rest. I went to Monarch because of the high star rating, but I recommend not to trust the stars. I wouldn't even recommend my worst enemy to go here, and now I have to find a place where people actually know the work.

Had 3 extractions done by Dr Chilcoat and staff. They were great. Felt like I sat in the chair, took a catnap and was done in no time!

Great service and care from the front desk to the doctors and the entire staff as a whole. I have been a patient of Dr. Malek for a couple of months all I can say she is a perfectionist in her field and she always insures that a procedure is done exactly right. I know it doesn’t come any better than that!

I really enjoy going to this practice. Dr. Malik is so gentle and really cares about her patients and their dental health. She's very thorough and always patient in answering any questions I may have. The staff is also very friendly! You will not regret scheduling your visit here

I made a appointment to this office and was amazed on how professional the front office staff was. When I arrived everybody was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Malik was truly amazing her chairside manners was awesome. She explained everything in great detail. I was very happy with my appointment. I would recommend my family and friends to go to this office

I have lots of issues with my teeth and dread going to the dentist. The staff is always very caring and patient with me.

Felt like a shakedown. Wouldn't even honor One Smile plan that I signed up for through Monarch. I'm supposed to get 69.00 cleanongs, but qioted 180 + anoghea 400 for other. Said I needed antibiotics which added to cost. My mom's dentist said she charges 35. Total con job and walked out

Warm and welcoming staff. I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Malik. Looking forward to a long lasting relationship with this facility for my family’s dental care needs.

They are truly crook. Stay away from this dentist and people. I went for a regular dental cleaning. They tried to overcharge me with a wrong diagnose. They said that I have peritonal disease and I need a deep cleaning. They would not touch my teeth before I pay additional $640. Staffs are very unprofessional and rude. Please read all the reviews before going to this clinic. I would take my dog to this clinic. I made mistakes not reading the reviews posted prior to visit to this clinic.

Awesome location and great staff. Super friendly and very informative. From the X-ray tech to the dentist. I feel like All my questions were answered and time was given to me when speaking on concerns I would recommend

Overall, I like the doctors and hygienist but was frustrated with having to pay another co pay at different location that I was referred too. The staff saw that I had credit but gave me some story about not being able to apply it.

I had 4 wisdoms removed, with no issues following the procedure. Dr. Malik and Dr. Chilcoat were great! The front desk was friendly and knowledgeable! I will recommend this office to others anytime!
