Monarch Dental, Waxahachie TX

Worst dental experience. My boyfriend was scheduled a 2: 00 appointment. When we arrived we waited in the car after filling out paperwork till almost 3: 30 maybe later, but we definitely waited over an hour and a half. The front desk lady said she was trying to verify dental insurance with a representative but couldn’t get ahold of the dental company. When I called to get the verification I got ahold of a representative within 2-3 minutes and had them call monarch to verify. The front desk lady then wanted to tell me after waiting an hour an a half we would have to wait and come back in two weeks to just have a dental cleaning. Definitely not giving Monarch my money and time in the future.

The entire staff were very professional and they were so helpful on everything. Everyone were so polite and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

My young adult son was told to arrive at 730 for an 8am procedure. Waited in car till almost 10am (maybe it was after 10, don’t remember exactly) but we definitely waited over 2 hours without any update or anyone even checking in on us. Definitely not giving Monarch my money and time in the future. He’s still healing so not sure as far as service how I’d rate them but I know he said he didn’t feel a thing when they did the procedure so that’s a plus.

Staff is very nice and professional. They are very careful to adhere to Covid19 rules and cleanliness making sure customers are wearing masks. The dentist was very friendly and she was thorough in my dental exam.

Very personable thorough, informative, and kind. The wait room had loud music on the overhead and the TV on loudly which is not conducive to calm (for dentist anxiety) or to filling out those new pt forms or I'd give it a 5 star. I'll use them again and do recommend them.

Horrible customer service fraud dental insurance companies. Not honest about what needs to be done

Came in with lots of pain and the staff at Monarch Dental in Waxahachie took great care of me. I am so appreciative of them and Dr. Shad. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Staff kind and knowledgeable. Dentist very helpful with ideas to improve denture care. Very professional in his work. Pleasant personality.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt like Dr Shad really listened to my concerns and allowed me to have a say in my care program. The waiting room was a bit chilly though

It smells bad as soon as walk in, i waiting to long to get my teeth cleaned. The person a clean my teeth Smelled bad They were not gentle they hurt me. I was in tears by the time I left there. Over all it was a bad experience I won't go again. Highway 77 Waxahachie Texing.

My experience at this office has been extremely delightful. The staff and doctors are friendly, very informative, and display excellent customer service.

Wouldn't recommend Monarch Dental in general from past occurrences and others I know. I always have the longest wait times, it just doesn't seem to be worth it for me. I would rather spend my money at a place that seems to care about their patients.

At this point everyone in my family (as far as I'm aware, at least) goes to Monarch Dental, and I'm glad they do. We get what we need, and that's good enough for me.

I've been coming here for 12 years, they care about my comfort and reduce my anxiety about the dentist. Thank You

I just love our Monarch in Waxahachie, they are so friendly and take such good of us. I highly recommend them!
