The visit was relaxing, informative and reasonably for the work they are going to do a good price.

The Monarch Rockwall office put on my son's braces and I am continually frustrated with them. They are extremely difficult to get in touch with when there are problems and when we are there for appointments, we are treated like an assembly line. 2 min in and out with no explanation as to where we are in the progress of his teeth. I should have listened to the negative reviews I read before visiting their office the first time.

Someone from this clinic called me about my sons appointment at the Murphy Tx location. I cant tell you how many times she called me sweetie. This is very unprofessional! Also my son is getting his braces on and they werent going to let me in the building with him? He is 10. That is not ok. She finally asked the manager and they stated I would have to stay with him the whole visit. Well yes thank you thats what I planned on doing. Virus or not, I will be with my son during his visit. Not sitting in the car.

Oh my word! I never write reviews about dentists but here goes. Dr. Mohammad Maftoun was awesome! He pulled my horrible back bottom molar without much pain or discomfort! He is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and kind. He even hid the big needle until I closed my eyes. He knew exactly the amount of laughing gas to give and numbing meds; I didn't feel bad or groggy afterwards. As a matter of fact, the next day I virtually have no pain (of course, I avoid touching the stitched area and follow his advice afterwards). I really like the way he held my bottom jaw while he was pulling my tooth because it gave me a feeling of security that he didn't want to put any undo pressure on me.

First hygienist was rude and tried to up-sale using services we didn't need. She also wouldn't let my wife go back with our son who was a minor. Once permanent staff learned of this the issues were corrected.

My first visit was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They explained every step to me during the entire visit and were so caring.

I get anxiety attacks just to think about going to the dentist, from a previous bad experience. Not only the staff was attentive when I mention about my situation and I was very nervous just to be there. Everyone that help me from xrays to the doctor they try their best to make me feel comfortable the whole time. Sandra was amazing she did a deep cleaning, she not only did what she had to do. She brought me a blanket because I was too cold and share some of her personal life so I could keep my distracted of what was going on. Explain the whole process what was she was going to do. I am glad I came here. I will be coming back for a check up and do some other work. Thank you!

I love my Monarch Office. I use the one in Rockwall, where I lived for years. We have just moved to Hot Springs, but I still come back to my Monarch Office for my dentistry. Doctor is wonderful! Staff is so warm and friendly. Makes a trip to the dentist nearly a delight!

Dentist was good and the staff was great when I came in for appointment but the staff when I called wasn't great

I bring my three kids to the Rockwall location and everyone is always so great to us. From the ladies at the desk to the hygienist and the doctor. I recommend them to anyone I come across that is looking for a dentist.

Everything worked great, my bridge was fixed and I got the estimated price for necessary work I need done. I missed a 1/2 day of work, it took longer because you were short handed.

Amalia (dental asst) is familiar with the difficulties in xraying my teeth and did them with minimal pain. Sandra is a very good hygienist.

Had a great experience at monarch dental. They are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Also, they go out of their way to make sure you have all the info you need. They also made my daughter’s first trip to the dentist a very pleasant one. And my first trip back to the dentist in quite a while was made less stressful because of the friendly staff.

I've been going to this office for a while and I love It! Everyone is always so nice and thank God for payment arrangements! The office is always clean; and if there is something you don't understand about your treatment their good at making sure you understand.
