Monarch Pass, Fort Worth TX

My experience living in monarch pass is extremely bad, very bad and unsafe environment, I don’t recommend this place for anyone, I have bad memories from them

Living here means throwing money to the trash.
Leasing staff are completely unprofessional and trying to dictate their own opinion out of the leasing terms and conditions

I have been living here for so long and i still don't have a street singe named after me like why but i love this place so much there is no roaches and the reason why there is roaches in y'all house it because y'all don't keep it clean

Chaos is everywhere, and do not be surprised if your electricity is cut off because of children messing with the circuit breaker outside your house. Also, do not be surprised by rats and cockroaches. You must allocate a budget to deal with the matter. I know people who live far away who bring their garbage and throw it in the compound, and the disturbance and noise do not make you feel comfortable at all. I advise everyone not to come.

I love how Monarch Pass staff are trying to respond to the needs of the residents here. I appreciate Stephanie’s job as she is always there to help the residents in Monarch Pass. She is working so hardddd and sometimes stay over time to at least help the residents in Monarch Pass. Thanks, Stephanie.

The environment is really bad, even at midnight my neighbour's has loud music. I will not recommend this compas for those who are searching for a calm living place.

Its midnight 1: 20 Am, but still my neighbor (Mexican) has loud music and shouting beside my room. I can't sleep. The management of leasing office should make them understand of not disturbing the others.

Stephanie is an angel. I was struggling with rent and she went out of her way to help me reach someone who was able to assist with rent and she gave me great advice that I didnt even know I needed. I have lived here for 6 months and I will renew my lease at the end of this month. This is my first apartment in the USA and I love the environment here. I just want to say THANK YOU to Stephanie and all of the girls in the office who are so kind and welcoming.

Its a place i call home everybody is freindly.also the maintenance guys are super helpful they respond very quick

Maintenance requests are routinely closed out without anything actually being done. I have been waiting a month for the apartment number that fell off to be replaced. It hasn't been and that interferes with package delivery.

I would give this apartment complex zero stars if I could. I applied to this complex three weeks ago and paid $225 to do so under the impression that $175 was refundable if I got denied. I had gotten denied and I have spent the last three weeks calling multiple times a day to get my 175 refunded but they cannot answer the phone. I think this place is a scam.
