We have been ordering from Monarch for many years to get all our trophies and plaques. This year Samantha from Monarch Trophy Studios did an exceptional work for our school. She was patient throughout the process, and helped us immensely with our huge order. Thanks to your entire team for being kind and quick. Highly Recommend!

Came in one day to possibly get a trophy for me and members of my squad. The ladies at the front desk directed me to a sales person name Jordan. First off she smelled of alcohol and the entire time she seem very dismissive of my question's. Overall was not a good experience. I expected much better from this company.

The proofing process received two stars. This last go round, and I have been using monarch trophy for years. Lois did not provide a good experience for me and my organization. The best people that I worked with were Zak, Jordan, and Victoria. The sad part is I had to go through that many people in order to get our product the way we wanted it. The turnaround time was amazing, but getting there was tough.

I ordered Yeti products from Yeti and the order was rejected bc of the logo. Yeti wasn’t able to do them. I went to the Yeti store at LaCantera Mall and bought the same products at the store. I took them to Monarch and they surpassed ALL EXPECTATIONS! Monarch did it when Yeti COULDNT! Although, secondary to Yeti rejecting my order I wasn’t able to have it to my husband in time for his birthday, but the design made up for it and my husband loves his gift! It put a big smile on his face! I am a “FOREVER” customer of Monarch! Great job guys! Will post photo after TM has been granted.

She was extremely patient and made sure it was what I wanted at the end of the service thank you so much Dawn I will most definitely be returning.

Service was exceptional. The staff took time to help me pick out what I needed. They have a large variety of items to choose from.

Customer Service is great! They are willing to work with you until you get the design you want.

Helping my mom clean out the garage and found my dad’s old awards & trophy collection. Did you know Monarch will recycle these for you? That’s right don’t throw them away take them back to Monarch. They accepted the whole box I took in & I feel better knowing they will get put to better use.

This is not my first order with this company. I ordered 3 trophies with no problem. I ordered some monogrammed note books with Hebrew script. Loved them. I ordered a box with crystal cups and wine bottle. Everything monogrammed for my parents anniversary. Perfect.
But for some reason this last order was unpleasant. Maybe cause all I got was a very small custom pocket knife. I felt the Lady taking my order was condescending. Said she would email me a layout of name for me to choose. 3 days later I call cause didn't receive email. She blames me and said she did. So she sent it with her name on subject, which is the right way, or with Monarch. It has all caps or with small on layout but didn't notice small because we had already discussed all caps. The knife is very small to begin with so I decided all caps from our face to face discussion. So I call next day to see if ready. She said No and blames me again for not choosing all caps or w/ small. And I remind her we already had talked about that from the beginning. I could tell this lady was not interested in helping me from the beginning.
Bad experience

AWESOME STUDIO! As soon as you walk in you're greeted by almost EVERYONE in the building, their showroom is immaculate and they have everything displayed so you can browse! I got to work with Destinie, (she's the BOMB) and she took her time and showed me all of the different wood, and plaques I could choose from for what I wanted! She was very diligent about communication and worked with me until we made the perfect memorial plaque for my dad:) It came out beautiful and was exactly what I wanted! Destinie is AWESOME! If you're looking to have (what seems like EVERYTHING) made, go to Monarch! Love this place! ️

I had a great experience ordering my custom plaque. Staff was friendly and very helpful, I especially appreciated since this was my first time ordering a custom award.

I came in needing help in a pinch … to help us recognize and celebrate our Peanut Butter Bowl 2022 and coach & school achievements. Stephanie took care of us - no problem, no stress!
