Monkey Joe's - Katy

Fun space for kids.but. Thought there would be more than 6 inflatables. Many of the games weren't working.
Needs an update as it's looking dirty and dingy from age (I hope its from age and not from just not cleaning.)

I took my son here on Sunday and everything was great. They have so many different things for your child to jump on, climb on, or slide down. They also have many different games to play as well. Everything was nice and clean in there, we will definitely be back.

Went here for a good friend's granddaughter's birthday party. Imagine if Chuck E. Cheese was a depressed, alcoholic monkey, and you've got the general vibe of the place. The place looked and felt cheap. And the poor guy (or gal) they had dressed as the titular character looked and acted like they'd rather be anyplace else and were, in fact, contemplating suicide. Do yourself a favor. If you're gonna spend the money on a birthday party, spring for Chuck E. Cheese or anywhere else.

We love to go to this place! Our 3 years old baby girl really enjoys it! The only not good thing is that several games from the arcade area don't work yet.is been moths.other than that is nice to go on weekdays where is hardly ppl around, very private since the pandemic hit

They first said we had more kids than we did then charged 40 dollars more for two one year old children who were not able to play much because it is more for older children. I feel like it is a waste of money and I could have went somewhere else for this price and got a much better experience. This food was not fresh, there was no music, and the host rushed us out of the room and there were no parties scheduled after us. It was just sad how we were treated but I just know not to come back again and I don’t recommend going to this location.

It’s better for kids 5 and up but anything lower it’s not that great. There’s at most 3 jumps they can go on and a little play area. But a 2 year old running around you know they are going to want to get on other stuff but not allowed with adult supervision. One of the jumps had a sticky white powder all over the inside and never cleaned it off.

I take my kids to Money Joe's almost every Friday. And today was the worst day ever for them their. The staff singled my children out who are 3 and 4. There was no one jumping in a certain area for 3 year olds. My daughter who is three never jumps without her 4 year old brother. They were jumping together and the staff came over and said they are too old to be jumping in this area. I stated my kids are 3/4 how are they too old when there were kids who were clearly older just jumping in that area. The staff member stated well, I didn't see them. So I spoke to the manager he stated he was going to talk to that staff member. So my kids went to a different area and was playing. That staff member followed my son to another area where there was no one jumping And told him he could not jump there. What kind of person would tell a 4 year old they can't jump in an area where no one else is jumping. If you are going to enforce rules, enforce them when you're really busy and enforce them when you are not. We will not be coming to this establishment ever again. They refunded me my money, the manager tried to apologize but did not reprimand or say anything to the staff member. Then he goes and touches the back of my son's head which then called me to react to tell him do not touch my child. They are unprofessional and untrained to be around toddlers and are quick to judge a child based upon what they feel a three or four year old should look like. There was a party going on and I hate to say it but it was a party with majority caucasians and me and my children were the only African Americans in the establishment besides another couple. I am just blown away that you would follow around a three and four-year-old just to tell them they can't jump in an area where no other child is jumping. We are very unhappy customers and again we will not come to this establishment again and corporate will be called.

Our new place to go. Grandbabies had a blast. No more Chuckee cheese. Prices were so reasonable. Staff was great!

I would say its an okay place for the money you pay. Its just pretty cold, like seriously cold. If you dont keep moving its freezing in there. Overall fine. You get what you pay for

Should have known when we first walked in this place smelt nasty and the floors are disgusting my husband bought an arcade card and put $50 on it to play little did we know most of the games were broke when we asked for a refund they said no lol no refund but none of your games work yea we definitely won’t be coming back to this nasty place

We had my son's 5th birthday party here. I was nervous about having at a place other than my house, but this was the best decision I made. They made everything so easy and run like clock work. The kids had a blast!

My little brother got beat up by one of the staff he was tall and black and fat and if you want your kid to be disciplined would recommend

Did my son's 4th birthday here. We had a great time and my son loved it. He always enjoys visiting Monkey Joe's. Edmundo assisted us and was courteous, professional, and accommodating. I have no complaints and would gladly recommend them.

This monkey Joe's is a bit smaller compared to the others I have been to BUT the staff here from what I have seen pay much more attention to the kids and let the kids know when they are doing something wrong so other kids don't get hurt.

It was old our wasn't ready. Customer service is okay. Monkey Joe needs a new costume it was a bit worn.

I wish I could post pictures of this ridiculousness. There was an entire new game area that was “closed off” for no reason, there was MOLD in our party room which is disgusting and unsanitary, the staff couldn’t care less about the kids nor hate their jobs more. Overpriced, waste of money. Oh and there’s an “ice rink” that’s not cold and not enough helmets for more than three kids ‍️.

I was less than pleased about this place. It smelled like old food and there wasn't any staff around any of the areas like advertised. No one was enforcing rules. I wouldn't have left my daughter alone anyway, but there were parents there that let their kids do whatever they wanted. Will not be going back to monkey Joe's.

I had my son’s birthday party here last Saturday and it went great. The rooms and the play areas were nice and clean. Our host was fantastic. Everyone in the staff was very helpful and friendly. The refs walking around kept the kids behaving. Overall it was a good time and my 4 year old had an awesome birthday. Would recommend.

This place is small and there is not a whole lot there. If you are looking for about 30 minutes of fun at the most, then it's ok. There are some pointed edges on electrical boxes at children's head level where I can see a kid could be running and trip into it.

They didn't have lots of options of bouncy houses like they used to! The kids were ready to leave soon after arriving. The staff here are very friendly and the facility is clean!
