Monster Fitness is not around anymore it's Hidden Gym now. Be sure to call and confirm their schedule. There are like 3 different sites for this location with different information.

Great Boxing and Martial Arts venue. Instructors are top notch. The one price is a bit high, but my sons can attend unlimited classes. Definitely worth it. Gym section has high end equipment.

I love this place it has workout machines plus group fight classes and they let you spare when you feel ready, you meet alot of great people here aswell, if you're serious you get what you put in, I would definitely come back

New gym with really nice equipment. I've never had to wait to use anything after working out here for the past half year or so. All the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I brought my two sons in to look around and get some information. We were welcomed from the beginning. Made my sons feel at ease. They tried the free class and signed up the next day! The experience that is in this gym goes back a ways and you can see it in everyone that is training here.

I have tried to contact this place twice about private Muay Thai lessons. 4 weeks ago left a voicemail and contacted them on their website online form. Never heard back.
Went there in person 2 weeks ago. Spoke with the girl at the front desk and told her I was looking for private Muay Thai training. She said they definitely do private lessons. I filled out a paper with my name, pH number and what I was looking for. Girl at front desk said she would give it to the coaches and someone would be in contact. 3 weeks later now, nothing.
It says on their website they offer one on one private training and you can choose from group class or private.
Do not waste your time if you are looking for private training, they never get back with you.

Lots of Potential, but disappointing.
I was hoping to never write a negative review but new members should keep this in mind.

1) I have tried to cancel my membership 3 times in person but my card still got charged for an extra month and an annual fee 2 months after I canceled. They told me “nothing we can do about that 30 day this and that”. When I asked for a refund on the annual fee, they refused to solve it. Mind you, this Gym hasn’t even been open for 1 year for an annual charge. There is nothing about an annual fee 2 months after you cancel your membership in their contract. Go to their website and read it for yourself. I would post a screenshot of the contract but it’s already public. If they pull the same trick on you, you can claim it as fraudulent on your card and the credit card company will deal with it. I’m sure once they have enough complains they will have to “update their system”.

2) I was told that this facility would have weightlifting platforms, but it does not.
I was told that they would build the platforms soon, however 2 months later and still no platforms. I don’t want to say I was lied to, but the advertising they posted and what they told me is misleading at best.

You can’t make everyone happy but you should not charge people over $90 two months after they canceled their membership and then not refund them when they ask you about it 3 times. In short, it’s a good gym. Has new equipment and the employees are nice but are trained to lie to you with a 30 day spiel when you want to cancel your membership. Despite the advertisement the gym is not good for weightlifting and you will get charged extra if you try to cancel.

This was a great body transforming experience. I lost 10lbs. Lost 7.3% of body fat and gained 3.3lbs.of muscle in 6 weeks. The classes are fun and engaging. The coaches are great, they keep you motivated both in the gym and with diet tips and recepies.

Pros
Did not feel like an episode from the Game of Death
I hate BJJ but the BJJ instructors made it fun
The kickboxing burns at least 500 calories
The boxing class exciting
Front desk employees are very pleasant
Cons
You have to put your bag in the locker room, for those of us who need their medicine close to us at all times that could be an issue

Been going here for at least the past 5 years. It's been so good, I forgot how long. Great MMA and Jujitsu location. Guy Mezger is AWESOME. Guy could be one of those stuck up MMA champions who open up a gym just for the money. But he is the complete opposite. He cares about all his students in a gruff, loving way. He is a humble soul who loves life and speaks the truth about it. And Audrey, who runs the gym, is fantastic. If you love MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling and/or Jujitsu this is a great gym with caring people and instructors. (Shout out to Kieser, Ryan, Alex, Wendell and Tony.) But I warn you, if you are one of those people who are only trying to learn about martial arts to beat people up or want to come here to just try and dominate people to show you're tough. I strongly advise you to stay far away for your own health. Otherwise come learn about fitness and health and/or improve your current game. All are welcome here. I love this place.

Decided to try something different and got way more that I expected by starting at this gym. More than just a workout at a gym, I got to learn something and get in shape at the same time. Different class times, different coaches that you can learn from but always leaving feeling like you really worked your body and mind to go to another level. Supportive people to help you hit YOUR goal and drive you to take it further than you would on your own.

I did the 6 week challenge and I gotta say it was the most challenging thing I have ever done but it was also the most fun, and rewarding experience! The coaches are all super amazing and helpful! Not only that but the atmosphere is also the best, the people training there are always down to help you and show their support. I mostly attended the 6am classes and it really fills you with energy for the entire day! The meals are super easy to follow, although it can be a little intimidating at first it’s not at all! I loved my experience here lost the 25lbs, 7% body fat, and gained 3.7% muscle! I was a little skeptical at first but TRUST THE PROCESS it really works!
