I enjoyed living here for the past 4 years. The staff is amazing everyone very nice and helpful. The landscape here is breathtaking beautiful truly paradise. I enjoyed the dog park. Plenty of parking I always had a parking space. My neighbors were very friendly and kind. Very beautiful apartments and Maintenance is the best A+! Overall I had amazing experience living here! I would recommend to anyone you will definitely feel at home.

Brandy and the very friendly staff in the office are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the property. The maintenance staff is always friendly and helpful. If there is anything we ever need help with, they are always happy to get some thing repaired or replaced. I highly recommend living at this complex. It has been a pleasure for us.

Services are never completed always done half way with a mess left behind for months! Maintenance will break into your apartment when you are gone and leave a mess behind after clearly been told not to come in when nobody is home!

My husband and I have loved living here. We live in a studio, which is the perfect little space for us. The staff is incredible, nice amenities, prompt maintenance, etc. Would recommend!

I have lived in the US for almost 5 years now in 5 different places, Montage at Cinco Ranch is incomparable! Their services are superb! It all started from day 1, my stuffs arrived from a furniture store when I was 1 hour drive away, they almost rescheduled the delivery but Kat saved me. She was willing to let them in with my consent and I got my stuffs delivered before arrived. VERY CLEAN, SERENE environment. VERY SAFE, KIDS FRIENDLY! If you have kids, then this is the place you should be staying. This is the only complex that my kids have been free to play outside the house safely. Kat, Brian and Gilbert are very professional. Very good and timely response from the office whenever I needed maintenance. Maintenance guys are also very respectful. I will always remember this community. Thank you so much Montage at Cinco Ranch management for providing these wonderful services that we really enjoyed!

I really enjoy my Montage living, the stuff are amazing! The environment is neat and cute, and it is very family oriented ; everyone who lives here are kind to each other.
Every staff are very welcoming, helpful and very nice to the residents; and whenever we have issues with our apartment, they always get things fix very quick. In all Montage is a great place to live!

This is one of the worst apartment communities we have lived in. Unprofessional staff and worst maintenance services. Would recommend to stay away.

This place is horrible. My family got broken into during the middle of the work day. They don’t have enough cameras to find them… and the cameras that they do have ran out of storage. They have 24 hours to check the videos and they failed to do that. Also, this has been over a month and I have yet to hear 1 thing from management. Our door when we moved out was still broken from the burglars prying our door open.
