5Easy, friendly, fast. Dropped off some old gas, it probably took 2 minutes for me to drive in and out. 30 seconds of that was me trying to get my DL out.
Great customer service and the guys are super quick to unload my old decking and fencing materials! Pricing isn't too expensive either.
I live 45 minutes away from this recycling center, raced to it as fast as I could, arrived at 11: 32 and was told they were closed for lunch. I was IN the center at the recycling station, would have taken 10 seconds to unload and he wouldn't do it. I prefer to live in a community where human beings are nice and help each other out. The man was right next to my car AND the recycling bins. 10 seconds at 11: 32, wouldn't have taken ANY time away from his lunch. Some people just prefer to be jerks I guess. Congratulations guys, you succeeded.
Excellent resource for Montgomery County residents to recycle! Their lunch hour is from 11: 30 to 12: 30.
For a reasonable fee, they also take heavy trash & chemicals/paints etc, & they do the work off-loading. But check their website for scheduling before taking you stuff there.
Was excited to find out they rake old gasoline! Also, the young nan who helped me at the center when I went was very helpful and extremely polite.
