If i could give a negative it would definitely be there. One of the worse apartments I've came across. The inside of the apartment is very nice on the inside however the people running it are very bias with a long list of unprofessionalism, ulginess&rudiness.

Folks Do not go to this place I'm a contractor that has done work for this complex.and they will definitely steal from you it's been over 2 weeks since I've done a haul off job and still haven't been payed for it. I've called multiple times no answer then when I did finally get one the front desk clerk responds with I'm new I don't know what's going on SMH this place needs to be shut down asap I will be reaching out to there higher ups

This is my 3rd time signing my lease, I can't complain. I have nothing negative to say about the ladies and maintenance team. They have been outstanding with my family and I.

Don’t move here! When we moved in everything was not even ready yet, after 2 years of calling maintenance to come fix our apartment they never came. Dish washer is full of water and when it rains water seeps in the house causing our floors to get all wet and damaged and some outlets don’t work plus ROACHES AND SCORPIONS AND LOUD NEIGHBORS AND LAZY MAINTENANCE MEN. Trash from the dumpsters go everywhere but the trash men only pick up stuff in the front where the ladies in the office can see and not in the back. Filthy neighbors that leave their trash on the porch for days and the cats will rip up the bags and it will go everywhere. WE TOLD THE OFFICE LADIES MANY TIMES ABOUT OUR ISSUES BUT THEY NEVER DO A THING TO FIX IT DONT MOVE HERE YOULL REGRET IT!

I live here now an can't wait til my lease is up I lived here for 2yrs they don't do nothing with neighbors being loud an when you need something fixed they don't get to it til you bug an bug I never had problems with the ladies in office but they never answer calls an can't ever get ahold of them.an I never had a roach problem now I have roaches an I have to keep putting medicine because they never spray apartments when moved in I never had new carpet like I was told an I had mold because garbage disposal was leaking now under sink it is smelly an moldy an my restroom had a leak an my wall had mold all they did was spray clorox an that's it these apartments are not good specially if you have children if they would be on top of things I'm sure they would be good apartments but they need work but I'm not staying here another year Saha an Bexar County really need to check on these apartments carefully too

I applied for this place because they were supposed to be a second chance property clearly I was wrong. I did my application just to find out that I was denied based on my credit and criminal background. Now mind you I filed for bankruptcy and a misdemeanor offense that’s 10yrs old and was told they were automatic disqualifications. Then I was told that the qualifications were listed in the application that I signed and they weren’t it wasn’t until after I was turned down that the “qualifications” were brought up. Mind you they knew my circumstances prior to me applying I just moved here with my fiancé and our 4 children now we’re back to the drawing board thank Monticello manor for absolutely nothing.

The lady in the office Kathy is the worst. I was told I would be in building 2 after I was approved but she ended up giving it to someone else. She kept giving me the runaround and blocked me from emailing her back after she gave my apartment away and would never answer my phone calls unless I called from a different number. She took my money just to tell me I wasn’t approved and a month later she said I was approved for a apartment that somebody vandalized. I have a friend who lives at these apartments and she said the lady is very janky. Don’t waste your time applying unless you know this lady personally.

Maintenance needs to fix the million and one issues residents need in order to fully enjoy living in their apartments. Black mold, leaks, leaky drainage causing ceilings to cave through to downstairs apartments, central AC units not cooling during the worst Texas heat waves while babies are living in the home, AC units being 'fixed' AND the problem still persists. SAHA needs to inspect these issues constantly plaguing residents. Residents should be living in comfortable issue free homes in order to raise a good family with happy children.
