Not worth the costs, and had many plumbing issues in which we were not able to use the bathrooms for sometime. Only convenient since located centrally at UH, but otherwise it would be better to live somewhere else.

Very good foods and cheap. One thing not fair is, they charge same during holidays and summer but serve less food.

Went to dining hall with a field trip and the food was delicious and the selection was very good for the price.

I don't know about other aspects but the buffet offered on Friday? - pretty cool in just $5. Most of the students and staffs have their buffet lunch on Fridays here. All you need is just to wear a red dress. Remember, it's also a tradition for UH students to wear red on Fridays.

This student living needs to be honest in what they are selling. This year they decided to charge the pricing of a super single to a single. I registered early last year hoping I would get the super single with two beds, I ended up with a single with a full size bed and small room, but was paying the same price of those with two beds and a bigger room. That's a pretty shady move, but I am not surprised based on how the University cares more about a students checkbook instead of their well-being. Student staff and security are great. But the lack of care especially with the rat and cockroach problem last semester made my last year experience unpleasant.

This place has an excellent location, but other than that it is somewhat horrid. I have lived in this place for 2 semesters now, and have had quite the experience. First off, one day I was in my room and a rat ran across the floor. I had to personally trap the rat myself, and I was on the 11th floor. Didn't know that rats could take the elevator.

Also there has been multiple occurrences of cockroaches in my room and on the floor outside. In addition to those things, there is a sewage smell that never appears to go away and keeps coming back after I have called the FixIt team over 5 times about the issue.

Other than those things, Moody Towers has been quite the stay.

Food is ok nothing great and the service is terrible, rude and angry staff and cooks. I sat down to eat and three employees were arguing behind the sandwich prep station.

For my first time in this lunch buffet, it was very nice! The quality of food was adequate.

The salads and fixin's was my favorite area! Fresh veggies and loved that I could add quinoa, too. There was a pasta line so I checked out the other four or five stations. The smallest was the Halal, largest may be the Global Kitchen.

After a satisfying salad, I found seared tofu and added a simple tuna and cheese half sandwich. (There was a panini press, but that would be for another sandwich.)

Much of it is self-serve, which is fine with me. It's also self-bus and that makes it easier to find seating.

The surroundings are cool and everywhere it seemed to be pretty clean. I really enjoyed our visit here!

Seriously, the food at dining hall need to be improved. The food have no taste. Also, you should be using forks, spoons and knives that are plastic or other, that can be used once only. Also, the cups as well. Every time me and my friends eat from dining hall, we get sick.

A.c. Is either too hot or too cold, goldilocks wouldn't have survived here. Elevators constantly broken. Restrooms are disgusting, everything overpriced.

Nice location to live on campus, more reasonably priced than other housing options. Also there's a dining hall on the first floor. One down side is it does only have community showers.

The worst place to live at UH, if not in Houston overall.

Expect 90% out-of order washing machines (bu no explicit labels to warn you ahead), spontaneously exploding toilets (surprise!), regular water supply issues, 5 AM fire drills and zero privacy.

The dining hall is decent IF you eat there once in a while, but every.single.day? The same old, the same old. Meh.

Now that I've lived here, I can make it anywhere imaginable. I owe you one, Moody.
