I was forced switch to this agent after my agent Karey Reno passed away. Customer service has been horrible. They are never proactive with clients, my rates have increased without any call by them to explain. Everything with them is after the fact. Not up to STATE FARM standards.
Currently have personal liability insurance. The insurance representative always attend to my question properly. Something most business lack on is answering the phones.
