Moonlight Ballroom & Conference Center, San Antonio TX

Attended a Quince, was clean and elegant. The venue had plenty of parking and the bathroom was clean.

For the price of the events you would think it would be more appealing. It's basically a basement on a main level and looks the part. The nicest thing is the cute little waterfall at the door, but I wouldn't recommend it for anything elegant unless you want to put a LOT of effort into classing it up. Even then, good luck.

We just had our wedding at this venue and they made our wedding day so special and worry free. They took care of everything I could possibly need and made sure we stayed on top of everything I wanted to get done. Their in house decorations were phenomenal and their Photo Booth was a hit with my guests. If your in search of a great spot for your next event I highly recommend.

Great place My family and I really enjoyed ourselves too include the staff ensured everything was taken care of to help elevate any stressors foreseen too include handling any last minute changes! Highly would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to have a indoor celebration.

We want to thank Isaac and his amazing staff for my daughters beautiful sweet 16…. From every detail to the decor the setup everything was perfect…. We did not feel rushed and Isaac was very patient on how we wanted it…. Highly recommended thanks moonlight

The ceremony was nice but all the extra stuff was poorly executed, felt like we were chasing people down to get things done that we had told Issac we wanted done at our last meeting. The bar staff was rude, I had purchased the $150 liquor license for the open bar.and while there was product out that we didn't bring it's understandable that guests were charged for that, BUT what we did bring some of our guests were charged for and someone tried to charge me as well (the groom) this is how I know it was being done.
I was married on March 25,2023 we are in May now and still haven't received my reception pictures. And later we found out the photo booth who is a subcontractor for the venue printed the WRONG date on our photo booth pictures and also all the guest ones as well.
Reached out to Issac so he could somehow make this right, like a refund for the photo booth but still haven't gotten an answer or resolve. I mean I have just what pictures my guests had sent me from our reception.

Next was the videographer, I reached out to Issac again requesting the raw footage shot for the day because the video that was made by the venue's subcontractor was cheap and poor visual and audio quality, reminded me of a highschool multimedia project.

Over all we got married and had a good time while doing it but wasn't close to what we were promised by the venue.

I just got married here at Moonlight and all I could say is that Isaac and his team were absolutely amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better than venue! He helped me make sure everything ran smoothly and he also takes in consideration any decorations, any questions, any concerns and overall he just wants to make sure that your day is perfect no matter what! Also he has wonderful connections, from the food, to the DJ to the photography, all the way down to his cake lady. I wouldn’t have wanted my wedding to be anywhere else but here I would 1000% recommend this place to anybody I know that is getting married because there was no hiccups throughout my whole night. If you want to go to a venue, where is the management feels like family. This is the place for you! Love y’all guys wishing you lots of business along the years!
