Restaurant Moose Market reviews
7I am a new customer of Moose Market. Their food is phenomenal. I definitely recommend them and look forward to eating all their lunch specials.
Our new favorite lunch in Longview! Been there 6 or 7 times, and we haven't been disappointed yet. Her Black Bean Burger is the best food of any kind I've ever had!
I tried very much to like this place. First visit it was obvious the older lady at the register was in a foul mood, but going back again this week it's obvious she is just short and rude to most everyone that comes in. Sealed the fate of my visit when, while I was sitting there, she started emptying the tea into a coffee pot and pouring it out. Mind you that I was mere feet away and was drinking tea. And it was over an hour from this posted closing time
Maybe the regulars here overlook it but I dined in each time and could tell that any new, or younger, customers were also almost stunned by her attitude.
Granted most of the food I had was quite good. Grilled turkey sandwich was great and the coleslaw was also very flavorful.
Hands down BEST Chicken N Dumplings AND tarter sauce with salmon cakes! Highly recommend! God bless y’all!
We walked into what felt like a ski lodge atmosphere with all the moose decor! The smell was delicious with the smiling, welcoming hostess/cashier who informed us of the specials and desserts, all of which are handmade.
We ordered meatloaf, scalloped potatoes, corn bread, and a third side along with a drink for under $13. Everything was served very quickly and hot. My only complaint was that the meatloaf was two fingers wide and about 4" long, a child's portion.
I have to say this was the first place I have ever experienced a Van Gogh "Stary Night" hanging in the restroom.
Stop by and give them a try!
The little ladies running this place are so sweet and the food is solid good. The cod sandwich was delicious as was the pasta salad. Hours are limited, but worth a stop.
