I've worked with several maid services around Austin and was recently very impressed with Morehands Maid Service. The team did a thorough job and the app is so easy to use - If you're on the fence, go ahead and book!

Your crew showed up right on time and did a great job. They were courteous and very respectful of my place. Also, they wore masks the entire time per COVID safety protocols which was great. I did not have a chance to tip them in cash before they left.

I really enjoyed walking into a well cleaned home when I got home from a long day at work. The house smelled good and was super clean. Thanks Morehands!

We are pretty stressed out people these days, with two kids under two and a teenager and everyone always at home because of the pandemic. Morehands Maid Service helps us stay sane by refreshing our home every two weeks with a thorough and professional cleaning and with thoughtfulness and care for our space. We are fortunate to work with people who are both kind and excellent and we appreciate the measures that they take with us to keep everyone safe during this time.

Pros: Overall satisfactory. The place looks professionally cleaned when walking in. Smells clean and sanitized.

Cons: Scheduled for 8: 00-8: 30 window as first cleaning of the day, but service providers were late beyond this time window. Dirt on floor in center and edges of dining area remained. Dirt at edge of stove as well. Drip pans of stove not fully cleaned and replaced. Leftover move-out boxes were not thrown out. Spent additional half hour cleaning up.

I have been lucky to meet Morehands Service since I moved in Austin from LA, CA.last year. They are dependable, responsive, and excellent quality. Also people are so nice and trustworthy.

Horrible experience with this service. They don't actually complete most of the items listed. Did not handle dishes, make bed, or dust. They basically do a very surface level clean with no attention to details. Will be canceling our service and would not recommend.

I've been using Morehands for several years and I really appreciate all they do for us. We have two toddlers and demanding jobs and it's tough to do all the deep cleaning that is needed around the house, but having Morehands help us is worth every penny. Oh, and have a dirty oven? Add oven cleaning as special service - you won't be disappointed!

Signed up yesterday afternoon for maid service to occur today. Got no email confirmation of my order / receipt nor any phone call from Morehands. Called their support line at 9.30A today and it went to voicemail. Pretty weak customer service.

Morehands Maid Service was a breath of fresh air in a difficult preparation for the sale of our property. Pedro was extremely helpful timing the cleaning on a certain day and explained exactly what his team of two would accomplish.

It took about 90 minutes for the Morehands cleaning crew to do a very thorough job for us. I highly recommend this company for your weekly, monthly or occasional cleaning. Professional, on time and reasonable.

We have been using Morehands every three weeks for several years and they do a nice job. One benefit of using a company like this is that they provide you with an opportunity to give feedback after every visit and on the rare occasion that something isn't done to your satisfaction, they make it right. My kids are always delighted to see their beds made and their stuffed animals arranged after their visit, they race upstairs to check their rooms on the days they come.

Team 17 did a really great job - after they left I called and scheduled biweekly service. I was able to book service online 1 day before I needed it. I have a 1/1 apartment and keep it pretty clean but after they were finished it was impeccable- didn't realize it could look so much better!

Also - best deal I could find in Ausitn for a real maid service.
