Moreno Granite & Marble - Quartz Experts, Garland TX

I had a wonderful experience with Moreno Granite. They were professional and installed my countertop promptly and efficiently. I will use them again in the future.

Did a great job! Very Professional, if I need it, I will go to them again, they are very efficient, great prices!

They did great work for us in the past. Now took three weeks to get a call back, had to call three times to finally be told that they are not taking on repair work as they are real busy. Best of luck to them in the future.

Called them today for some work at our house, their customer service is utter garbage, very full of themselves. Told us and I quote, "Have you seen our reviews, were very good and we are expensive. That's justified, maybe, but for future potential costumers, lead a conversation with something that doesn't sound so condescending and definitely don't put yourselves on a pedestal. Being a new customers, they don't know how good or justified the claims are. You'll do much better being humble, I don't even care about the price of I know you guys care, but I'd never recommend anyone to do business with you otherwise. It'd simply be embarrassing to have someone I know be treated as such.

TLDR: We'll be going with Texas Counter Fitters, better customer service and less condescending attitude from the employees.

First Moreno Granite did our kitchen counters and back splash with quartz. BEAUTIFUL. You cannot find the seams, and the vein in the counter is matched to the back splash. The installers and their plumber were wonderful. We loved the work so much, they have now done all our bathrooms too!

Moreno Granite was recommended to us by our realtor. After receiving estimates and meeting other vendors we decided to choose them because they seemed knowledgeable and their prices fair. We are very pleased with their work - our porcelain backsplash and soapstone countertops look fantastic and we would definitely consider them for future projects.

The guys did an AMAZING job. Edward was patient, easy to work with and fast! The countertops look beautiful!

I have written very seldom reviews in my life, but Moreno Granite & Marble went above and beyond and thus here I am. Not only were they quick with estimates but they tried to help me create a vision for my various spaces. I probably made 1000 different requests and they accommodated every single one quickly and with the highest quality work one could hope for. They have a myriad of options to choose from when picking your stone and offer lower costs on scraps from other projects that can be appealing to those who want to elevate their space.without putting a hole in their pocket. Not only was their customer service excellent but the quality and craftsmanship was beyond what I could have hoped for with an unbelievably reasonable price. I cannot recommend this company enough and I have pictures of some of their finished work below. I have decided to trust them with the rest of my house after these projects were complete so expect another review and more pics to come! Truly the highest quality work in Dallas, and I have tried out various companies.

The entire process of redoing our kitchen countertops was the most pleasant experience from beginning to end. Edward is great at listening to your ideas and makes 100% certain that you are completely satisfied with the work. He’s very informative and has an eye for the look you are going for. The guys were fast and did an incredible job. Our kitchen looks absolutely beautiful! I would highly recommend Moreno Granite & Marble!

All I can say is WOW. Moreno Granite & Marble are truly a gem in Dallas, TX. They provide quality craftsmanship, customer service and product all at a reasonable price. We started out just having them add a piece of granite here and there.and then slowly we have covered our whole house in their beautiful stones because they can make it happen at a great price and the work is still top notch. I have attached a couple pictures below of some the spaces we had done. The way they make the edges look and work to connect veins in connecting pieces is exquisite and truly mind-blowing. The pink quartz is a favorite as we decided to jazz up my daughters nightstands with a pop of color in a chic way. We were even able to use old island stone and repurpose it in a bathroom with the help of the Moreno team. There is truly nothing they cant do. Our home is truly elevated with their stones and quality of work and I couldn't be more happy with the finished products.

We were in the middle of a bathroom remodel and needed a few marble pieces to complete the project. We were recommended to a couple of other places that did not have what we needed. We just happened to be in the area and not only did Moreno Granite & Marble have the perfect marble Samuel was exceedingly kind to work with us with and get everything measures and installed so quickly. They did a fantastic job!

If you are picky about details and quality of your final project and you want to work with a great group of folks, then this is the right place for you to get your granite project done. On top of that, these guys are excellent communicators. They do what they say, they show up when they say and they respond and communicate! I had a very challenging project that involved a two sided fireplace that is a floor to ceiling fireplace with the front corner as a focal point that sits right in the main living area. In other words, there is a 10 foot tall 90 degree corner from floor to ceiling on display as a Focal Point in the room. That 10 foot high 90 degree corner had to be mitered and finished perfectly. Before the project started, I made myself clear to the Moreno team that I am super picky and that the 10 foot tall corner needed to be absolutely perfect. Well, when the project was done, they delivered 100 percent. That corner is perfect and has a razor sharp edge. Anyone that walks into my house now is in Awe at the fireplace and when they look closer, they make comments on how good that corner is and how good all of the seams and lines are. I’m not talking about people who don’t know construction, I’m also talking about other contractors or people who work with their hands. I also had them do a gigantic island, kitchen counter tops, breakfast nook seating, master vanity with splash plus window sill, wet bar sink plus window sill and splash, laundry counter with wash basin and splash. I even had them cut and polish some drink coasters out of the same granite. Every single item they did was excellent and any place there was veins in the granite to line up between pieces or between counter top and splash, they did an excellent job. I was thoroughly impressed. You won’t be disappointed with this team!

Ed and his team delivered above all expectations. Their professionalism and promptness throughout the process combined with the EXCEPTIONAL product they provided deserves 5 stars. I highly recommend Ed and his team at Moreno Granite and Marble to any and everyone, as these are honest people running a good business.

I've now used Moreno Granite & Marble for the SECOND time, at a second house to update the countertops and they just do such a fantastic job! They are very reasonably priced, have great suggestions for style, color, etc.and are extremely easy to work with. They show up on time, they do what they say they are going to do and the work is excellent. I also appreciate that they leave a clean job site. I will continue to work with them on future remodel projects.
