I have used Moritz for servicing my 2009 Dodge Ram for many years now. Nick in their service department has helped me many times even when out of state. The work done by their mechanics for warranty work and general mechanical up keep has been good.

I needed a simple battery installation for my jeep and its been 5 days since they've had my car, the guy jimmy pool goes on vacation the day he said that my car should be ready and now I'm struggling to get a status on my car.

Service department is a joke had a recall done here and the mechanic didn't tighten down main terminal to fuse box under hood which in turn ended up shorting out 2 very highly expensive module boxes when I went to manager for this they laughed and basically said prove it.

I had one of the best lifetime expereineces with Sales person Bruce Chatterjee. He is sellling what exacty I need and also worked very hard to make it work. His talent was amazing to find a solution that meets my need. I would love to pay premium at this dealership when I buy next vehicle.

I have had 2 problems with my Jeep. Both times it's not showing a code. Treat me like I'm lying. Why are they hung up on codes? Why is the customer lying?
