Morningstar Storage, San Antonio TX

Excellent storage facility. Employees were awesome and friendly! This is the 2nd time I’ve rented at this facility and they are helpful and accommodating.

My experience with Morningstar has been more than I expected. The ladies were very helpful in helping me find the right space to fit my needs. And the free truck for 4 hrs you can't beat that. I highly recommend Morningstar.

Great place, Sylvia is very helpful, pleasant and responsive. I rented a storage/office/ workplace size large unit. Price was very reasonable, first months free and a little secret about the 3 story facility. If you don't mind using the extra large freight elevator, the prices go down as you go up. They also provide large flatbed carts for you items. There is 24 hour access, it's pretty well lit and all of the units I saw were easily accessible. Levon (spelling?) the maintenance person is also very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. For a young guy, he is pretty wise and can give you some very useful information on the units, if Sylvia is busy. All in all I have had a very positive experience at the Alamo Ranch location off Culebra. I highly recommend you give this place a good amount of consideration before you make a final decision and they also have a box truck you can use for free. Just make sure you do so in advance, it's a popular amenity.

Soooooo this place has been pretty good. At one point, I had two units and one got robbed. I was told the ones by the security cameras never get broken into (which is the case for the one that didn't get broken into). When I signed up, I guess my price was only good for a year, so it hopped up about 40%, but they notified me about 45 days beforehand. Reason it's only 3 stars is because there's a sign on the door that basically says they don't have business hours so you have to come back until you're lucky enough to have someone there. I thought that was pretty unprofessional and unsafe.

I found myself in a challenge at 6: 00pm looking for a storage unit as I was moving needed a place the next day. Jacqueline from your after hour call center I believe was very helpful and positive (I knew this was the right place) sold. Later that night I had not receive a confirmation email, I called and William returned a text confirmation that all was well.
The next as I was crazy with packing & cleaning for a home closing at 3: 30pm, William was so accommodating with my last minute changes for a different size unit placed in the right area. Final word, we made it to closing with everything done thanks in part to William and his efforts in handling a crazy man needs and last minute revisions.

William at Morningstar was awesome! Straight to the point and assisted on us moving our furniture into their facility within the half hour of signing up! Will definitely recommended our neighbors here in Alamo Ranch!

It can be very hard moving to a new state, especially not knowing anybody and being unfamiliar with surrounding. I called different storage facilities and Morningstar stood out by far. The main reason why they stood out so much was the Manager.
William clearly knows what he is doing and takes pride in it, his attitude and ability to help me find exactly what I needed and feel CONFIDENT in my choice spoke volumes about the company,
