Chris did an awesome job, kept me fully appraised of what he was doing, courteous and professional. This company is our go to for any HVAC work!

I received a flyer from Morrow Mechanical a few weeks ago and decided to give them a try. I have had service issues with two other companies I have tried in the past. My appointment was today and my technician, Mike, was awesome! He was on time, patient, thorough and answered all my questions. His completeness and attention to detail led me to signing up for their annual service plan. My results with Morrow thus far have been truly outstanding!

Brett was our technician. We had scheduled a 79$ A/C Service. He arrived on time (actually a bit early). Brett was courteous, professional and felt trustworthy and honest. He gave us evaluation as well as explaining a minor problem we had. Unit was fixed and we purchased a maintenance plan to boot. Great value and I would highly recommend this company.

Our tech was Andy Smith and he did a terrific job for us. We needed a motor that was unavailable from Lennox at this time, so he called them and got permission to do a temporary fix until the Lennox motor becomes available. Then, he will return and do the motor change out at no further cost to us. He got us going until it can be repaired properly. Excellent service and a very professional young man!

Customer service is just as important to me as is the technical service. Mike exceeded in both categories. I will definitely call them for future service.

Annual service of our unit. Troy was timely, did a thorough check and was knowledgeable and respectful!

Our yearly maintenance contract is a great way to keep the systems finely-tuned. Andrew is a very knowledgeable technician, and is very friendly, as well as being thorough. I am very pleased with the service we receive from Morrow.

Troy arrived at the start of the time window and was friendly, courteous and most of all - competent! He performed my Fall furnace checkup in a very thorough and careful manner which made be feel very comfortable that it was working properly and safely. Troy was a pleasure to deal with.

Troy was outstanding! Reviewed & briefed him on on our 3 level house A/C system, prior service calls, known problems from poor construction, & recent draining thru overflow pan. He fixed unit drain line, adjusted & serviced system, attic & extr patio, made suggestions for better operation. Very knowledgeable & straightforward. Would highly reccomend Troy for anyone’s a/c repairs, & will request him for future services!

Outside unit. The fan wasn't turning but everthing else was working fine. Called morrow first thing the next morning. Troy was here and had us back up and running in less than 45 minutes at a reasonable price and gave us some great tips on keeping the unit up and running. I highly recommend and will be calling them back for further service.

We had our service done by Troy today and he is great! Troy is very personable and knowledgeable. He always takes time to answer any questions we have and always does a great job! We will continue to use Morrow Mechanical because of their great service.

Came out today because ac fan wouldn't come on and turned out to be my wifi thermostat I had bought on amazon 8 months ago. Could have charged me a $80 trip charge but didn't. Greatly appreciated. I'll be calling these guys when I replace both units.

Andrew came in and determined the problem quickly and fixed it as far as he could go while helping me understand what was going on.

Morrow Mechanical had to replace my old ac unit and they had my new unit up and running in no time. Troy Pope was extremely professional throughout the whole process and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest job that is done right the first time. He has made me a customer for life!

My AC system broke last night and I called Morrow Mechanical this morning, they send Troy the technician right away during this same morning. Troy was very knowledgeable, kind and respectful. Very fast in the diagnosis and procedure to fix the problem, he spent no more than 30 min making the AC running well again. Great guy, very professional.
I’ll highly recommend Mechanical Morrow Spring branch, I’m using their services since 2015 and they’ve been always comprehensive and of prompt response.

Morrow’ Mechanical is a reputable company. During a final inspection, it was discovered that the sales representative embellished contractual work as this company is not licensed to perform electrical or roof work. Matthew K.went the extra mile to install allowable accommodations, such as wiring and total house surge protection on the ac/heating systems. His time, effort, and expertise were greatly appreciated. We look forward to continuing our relationship with this company and feel confident referring them to friends and family.

Service pro showed up in the rain of the Forth of July and was professional. Great advice and help for a hot summer day. Really appreciate the help especially on a holiday.
