Went in for my husband to pick up some stuff. Had a rowdy 1 yr old and a 7 year old.and I dont know anything about anything. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful, not just with what my husband needed, but also helping with my kids! I havent seen amazing customer service like that in a very long time.
I walked in a couple of minutes after closing because I needed a capacitor to get my main air conditioner working. There was no rush, they were fair with the price, they had what I needed, and they didn't mind talking with me about replacing our secondary unit.
Very friendly people. I have used them before for big and small installations and they know what they are doing.
Sold my cheap junk that burn up in less than 10 minutes. And the service was also lacking to be honest not to say that everything they sell is junk but for now from my experience I couldn't recommend.
