Great communication and service. The misting system really works, we basically do not have mosquito bites any more on our backyard. It used to be a serious issue.

Rafael was a terrific technician - knowledgable, detailed, good recommendations for what changes we need to make to our existing service. River did a good job installing all new lines on the fence.

Super friendly and professional staff. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond in the install process ensuring we were satisfied. We definitely have noticed way less mosquitoes than prior to install. It is probably a little expensive for the average family for monthly service but well worth it my opinion to lessen the bug bites on us and the little one. We also have a pool and noticed less gnats and other bugs in the pool as well after installation. We like that we have a remote control and can mist the yard before going outside. We chose to do our entries back yard, side driveway and front porch and best decision for sure. River services our yard most of the time and is always so wonderful and does a great job going above and beyond to make sure we are mosquito free

Derek came today and gave us an extremely thorough spraying while also informing us about specific problem areas in our yard and how we might address them. He’s so knowledgeable and kind, and we will continue to be customers because of their customer service and great product. MosquitoNix really knows their stuff.

I had recent and previous service with Derrick who is very capable and pleasant. He always explains what he has done and makes excellent recommendations. MosquitoNix is quite fortunate to have Derrick as an employee.

MosquitoNix took over our mosquito misting system from the prior provider. JC came by to discuss the details and Clifford came by the next week to perform the takeover service. Both JC and Clifford were very professional and capable. I just wish that we had obtained our system from MosquitoNix initially.

I called three times for a quote and kept hearing that a manager will call me back with pricing. Still waiting….

A system came with our house, we signed up for a monthly service where we are supposed to be getting hassel free refills and inspections of equipment. The first nice evening of the year we sit outside and are getting bit like crazy, we look at the drum and it's completely empty, it's been clear no one from the company has come by in months despite billing us for the service. What a rip off!

Update: After reviewing our account it appears services are coming by, for the last 3 visits (spanning 4 months) the drum of liquid has been entirely empty suggesting we have a leak. When I spoke with the company about this, they informed me that their full service (costing $130 a month) does not include checking for leaks. I was also informed that techs are not trained to question why there is a sudden need for more formulation (leak? Increased use?) and no effort was made to move the appointments closer together to make sure we don't run out of solution. Apparently "full service" means only refills and "minor" repairs

Derrick is exceptional at making sure everything is working properly and keeping up with all of our weird changes due to construction and city work going on. I really appreciate his help and highly recommend this service!

We have not had a mosquito infestation in our back yard in the three years since we have installed the misting system. We comfortably sit on our back patio for coffee in the morning, visiting with friends during the day and enjoying the evenings outside.
