Motel 6 Benbrook, TX - Fort Worth

If I could give no stars I would. They lack professionalism, if you are Black they treat you like throw away trash. They do not greet you with a good morning, they try to provide you with dirty dingy sheets. I had to purchase my own sheets to sleep comfortably. Towels were always dingy, and some filled with holes. If you are BLACK they place you a box room and lie about the availability of other rooms. They are very racist and narcissistic. My 9 days of stay was truly horrible, uncomfortable and exhausting. They only watch Black People Rooms. Ice machine broken smells horribly. Inclement weather caused a freeze over, they provided no safety measures for the guests as we slid across their entrances due to the lack of salt or preparations. They talk ugly to you and then talk about you as you are walking away. 800 plus in fees paid to them and I would appreciate better service. I wouldn’t recommend this MOTEL 6 to my worse enemy. If I could attach pictures I would. OSHA needs to make an appearance and remove the actual trash and bring in people who actually are there to help and serve every paying customer.

Saw stuff that didn't need to be in a room: (nice on the outside.rooms aren't terrible but was not cleaned before

My stay was amazing, and the stay was very nice, and the atmosphere was very clean and perfesional. I would recommend staying here anytime.

Looks nice on the outside, but room was not clean and there was some body fluid on the floor.

Met a friend who stayed here. Easy access from highway and parking, clean room and bathroom, good place for basic stay.

One of the best motel 6s I've stayed at they were friendly and the rooms were very clean.

Room 121 was freezing. Thermostat or heater was broken. Remote control was broken. Bathroom door would not move because it would get stuck on the floor. "We'll leave the lights on, but not the heat! "

We was there a few weeks ago and my wife stalker showed up that has a restraining order and we had the front desk called the cops and this time when we showed up for our reservation they said they wouldn't allow us to be there because of that so we had to get a new reservation somewhere else in lost our money

RC has been so wonderful at making sure I have a perfect room & makes sure I am well taken care of every time I stay there. I won’t stay anywhere else because I am completely comfortable with his services at this location. The front staff & housekeeping stays on top of all of it & are friendly too! Thank you RC & we look forward to seeing you soon on our next trip!

The place was clean spotless the people behind the desk were friendly. I went there cuz my daughter had to have tubes put in her ears the pillows were so comfy loved it so much. Wish I could rate a 100.

THE OWNER WAS RACIST. MY WIFE AND HER FRIEND WAS STAYING THERE. DUE TO THE FACT THAT ARE HOUSE WAS GETTING BUILT AND HAD A FEW DAYS UNTILL IT WAS FINISHED. IM OUT OF TOWN WORKING SO I SENT MY SON AND BROTHER TO CHECK ON THEM. THE OWNER KEPT MAKING RACIAL SLURS AND BEING DISRESPECTFUL. BENBROOK DOESNT NEED ANY TRASH BUISNESS OWNERS. I CONTACTED TO THE BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU AND THEY HAD MORE THAN A FEW COMPLAINTS.

Very clean first night not so much people in room next to mine very loud music and noisy. Plus at 2 AM had to call front desk to see if they would ask them to turn down music. So I. Could get some sleep then another room had a dog that would not stop barking because of the noise, 2 night was much quieter.

Easy check in, super clean rooms, comfy bed, and convenient location.

Only complaints: AC unit in room was very loud (I woke up every time it came on), you can hear alot of noise from your room that happens in the hallway and room was bright once the sun came up (not dark like typical hotels).

Staff was friendly. Front desk lady saved me coffee every morning. House keeping cleans your room every day during your stay. Safe, nice location. No bugs and clean. If your looking for a simple CLEAN stay, that's a good spot.

It was very nice and a pleasure and definitely enjoyed the stay ️ Made my 22nd anniversary wonderful.

The rooms are always clean and the hotel is nice and quiet. The staff is always a breath of fresh air.

Everything was fine except our air did not work and when I phoned the front desk they were unaware how to use it and never switched us rooms
