Motel 6 Killeen, TX

The rooms were pretty dirty, but for the price it was worth it. I mean you get what to pay for.

The room had graffiti on the door frame in the bathroom. The walls needed to be painted. The television remote did not work. The general manager was rude when our keys did not work. The gas and the maids were allowed in the hallways. The elevator was extremely slow. Was not the best location. Would not recommend.

Always my go to hotel when I’m in the city. Clean! Friendly staff! Love the shower and the fact that housekeeping do a great job! Thin walls are the only issue but everything else still worth a 5 star review

Zero sound-proofing in the rooms. I will give 1 star for the staff professionalism and the cleanliness of the rooms, but these don’t matter when the hotel decides to conduct maintenance any time from 1am to 5am. At some point it sounded like an entire door was being replaced from 3-5am. Add the constant slamming of doors from the other guests, audible midnight conversations and hookups, and early morning housekeeping attempts and this hotel will guarantee sleepless nights. Do not recommend.

I've stayed here for weeks waiting for my house to be ready and it's been pleasant. They have nice clean rooms for great prices. The owner, front desk, cleaning crew and maintenance are all very hospitable! If you're in Killeen, stay here!

Don't stay here. Management is horrible and rude. My car was damaged by someone overnight. They have so many cameras around the building but none in the front so they said they couldn't do anything. Terrible customer service and clearly they don't care about the safety of there business.

I reserved hotel for my brother and made a mistake on reservation due to him not being capable I called motel to fix mistake and the woman who answered was very rude I would never recommend anyone here. Save your coins and go elsewhere

Worst hotel and service I have stayed at in awhile. We thought it was a reasonable price with a pool and breakfast. We get here and the pool is closed. All the staff could tell us was because of a policy but couldn't explain it or show us the policy. The walls of the rooms are paper thin and you can hear everything in the next room. Every time someone leaves the room, the door slams and wakes you up. There is also no breakfast like the website claimed. It was conveniently located next to everything we needed but it was not located in the best part of town. I will not be staying here again.

Do not just avoid, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Noisiest place I've ever stayed BY FAR! How do you charge people to sleep and then ensure they can't? ! Also, moldy. STAY AWAY!

It smelled mildew even the sheets there is no chair for you to sit on now my cloths. I would spend 75.00 for this room I had no where to go so I guess it's a blessing. But don't waste you money.

I'd put no stars if it was an option, the beds were covered in burn marks, visible signs of roaches, 1/2 of the building is under some kind of construction, we had to use our own bedding, the whole hotel smells of weed, all the activity in the hallways all night made us legitimately fear for our safety.

My god! If only zero stars we're possible. Not only did the whole hotel smell awful, they lied about a room having a roll-on shower, and the elevator would have been too tiny for my husband's scooter to fit. Also, they allowed construction crews to park in the only handicap spots available.

Called for 5 months bc one of their staff members stole my Apple Watch and could never get in touch with a manager. And waited 3 hrs for him to call the cops on me bc he can’t tell me who stole it.

Loved that they are pet friendly & even thought they are remodeling the rooms were still nice.

Paid for 2 njghts came in at 4 am Saturday. Told we paid for friday n saturday but was not here friday. Was asked to pay more money tht the desk person was new and didnt know we cant ck in til 5 am

Angel checked me in and honoured my AARP card. She was so pleasant and answered all questions. Love her Looney tunes mask. Have a wonderful room with all the comforts. Would like to add that the gentleman working overnight watched me go to car when it was late, I asked him and he promptly did. Also the lady in morning, maybe "Sara" was very helpful. I just want to add that NO FAULT of any of these fine people that the DOG POLICY IS unacceptable for me. Tan into 3 different dogs in my comings and goings. Sorry dogs on leashes have about a 3 foot lead. Therefore because of this policy. I will never visit again. Iam horribly afraid of dogs, and there were too many during my stay. Also my 2nd floor window was unlocked with NO safety screen. Dangerous to say the least.
