Motel 6 Woodway, TX

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! THERE IS ROACHES IN THE ROOM, LATE AT NIGHT PEOPLE ARGUE WITH OTHER PEOPLE SCREAMING TILL THE POINT THE COPS HAVE TO BE CALLED. I PAID FOR A NON SMOKING ROOM AND YET THE ROOM STINK LIKE CIGARETTES THE WHOLE MOTEL STINKS LIKE CIGARETTES! THE FRONT DESK IS NOT HELPFUL THEY ARE VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE! THE ELEVATOR DONT WORK THE ICE MACHINE DONT WORK THE TV DONT WORK THE BED SHEETS HAVE CIGARETTE BURNS! THE ROOM DIDNT COME WITH SOAP OR SHAMPOO AND JUST CAME WITH ONE TOILET PAPER THEY CHARGE YOU WHEN YOU ASK FOR SHAMPOO. I REPEAT STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Roaches, got room for 2 days checking out early hope I'm not taking any bugs back home with me. 24 to 48 hrs for refund.

The rooms are falling apart. The flooring is gross. The elevator has been broken for months now. The staircases are dirty. All you smell is weed in one hall. My TV wouldn't change the input from HDMI to regular tv without a remote with the input option. I tried to tell the office but they accused me of messing the tv up myself. So I wasn't able to watch TV. Thank goodness I was tired. Bc there was nothing else to do but sleep.

Bed bugs. Need I say more? The rate was reasonable, but the elevator was broken, AND THERE WERE BED BUGS.

My whole floor also reeked of Pot and Must. Sub-optimal to say the least.

Very rude people running the motel. Very prejudice and money hungry. They discriminate against children with special needs because they make noise in the hallways and sometimes and night. We were told to leave because my son who is autistic made "too much noise" I even called a corporate number and they said it was up to the manager if we had to check out or not. Never stay at the place!

Lol. Where do i start. For some odd reason this place always stinks. Rooms are half way clean. Poor english spoken by people who run this dump. But i guess its better than staying out on tha street. Hold up. Tha streets are free. This place charges 55 dollars a nite. Lol!

Cold water.then wouldn't fix it.no complimentry breakfast.no complimentry coffee.very run down.won't interrupt the stomping and running above.washing machine and dryer stunk so bad my laundry jumped back into the laundry bag. The desk clerk knew absolutely nothing about the Wi-Fi or cable TV system. They allow pets.but I personally wouldn't take any of my pets here. They would never be quiet with all the running and jumping and hollering. So. Dave needs to turn the lights off at this location.it's not worth 1, but I have to, so I can tell you folks how bad it really is!

Room smelled really nice on entering, nice and clean, no burned linens that got put there from the smoking rooms. Bathroom was clean. The bed was a little too hard for my liking but, doesn't make me want to drop the score. The gentleman I spoke with up front was very nice and friendly, and the lady cleaning the room across from mine was nice as well. Would happily stay there again.

Do not go! Stay away! Where to begin. Checked in, went to room. Four water roaches were coving the bathroom light switch. I walked out. Got changed rooms. In that room a constant flow of water pouring out the bathroom light to the floor. Went to desk again. I was told that was normal. Wow. So I got a 3rd room finally with no roaches or water leaks. Had to get up and unplug TV just to turn it off at night. Well in a nutshell you get what you pay for. Only paid $45 through an app. Good if money is really tight. But spend the extra $ if you can. The older man that I think is the janitor.maintamance.check in guy offended me and my girlfriend over getting some swimming pool water on hall floor. We can't help it. He yelled at her and made her cry. I will spread the word to stay away from there.

Employees could use some customer service training. Far from a good motel; if you stay more than 1 day you will NOT get clean towels or any type of service. Leaving for work at 3: 45am it was MY FAULT I didn't ask for towels.

Not the cleanest or most up to date. Housekeeping walked in room without knocking more than once and long before checkout.

The room floors where dirty. I had to wear flip flops the whole time. The towel that i put on the bathroom shower had black dirt all over the backside when I picked it up. There was mold in the room around the ac unit. The phone in my room didn't work. I had to use my cell to call them 2 times the 2nd night due to the people above us was running laps for an hour and half. I finally had to go resquest for them to be moved. The pool made me itch and I had to get out and shower after 10 minutes of being in it. I would not stay there again.the lady that work the night shift on Saturday night was a very nice and polite person. Also the mattress kept sliding off the platform. I had 2 very restless nights. Not worth $55 per night.

Don't waste your money here they have roaches the refrigerator's aren't clean and they don't know how to mount the dressers in the room to the wall they will break and owners will try and charge you for it they are very rude and not worth a penny

Obviously an older motel. It was not listed on the Motel 6 web site. Our first room smelled like smoke in a no smoking room. Changed rooms and the remote did not work. Bathroom looked dirty. AC setting was not accurate. The refrigerator did not work at all. We had to keep insulin on ice. A place to sleep and leave. You get what you pay for. Next time we're going to spend more money for a nice room.

They were stingy with there towels and toilet paper.
I booked a room for 3 people for 5 days and they only wanted to give me one towel. We ran out of toilet paper and asked for more but they didnt want to give me some because they said they gave me some the day before. 3 people use a lot of TP.

Cockroaches, missing floor tiles, elevator acts like it's going to fall on you and shakes, doesn't look like the floors/stairs have been cleaned in the last decade. Most of the lights are out on the 2nd floor. Just a speculation but I wouldn't be surprised if there were bed bugs.

Was clean, beds were comfortable. Bathtub was stained, but appeared clean. Elevator was a bit rough. No breakfast but did have coffee.

It's a cozy place with an indoor pool the only problem is the doors don't open automatically so if you are handicapped like I am then it becomes a problem.
