6The staff are very helpful and nice once we told them about any problem it was taken care of promptly I made another review thinking it was to and about the booking company for issues with them and it was placed on motel one page. Motel one is a very good place to stay it was clean with great customer service. It's a must check out
There was no one at the reception, there was no lamp, only one towel for two people, the TV control never worked, and they went knocking at 8am to ask if we were going to book another day
Friendly. Rooms could use updates. Alot of traffic and bad dealings cops all over this place. Not good for older groups.
We had some issues with the room but doesn't matter because the outstanding front desk service solved that.good prices and the maintain gentlemen good.

Horrible place. Customer service skills lack in the staff. I will not stay here again unless I absolutely have to. Spend the extra money to stay else where unless you want to be sent upstairs 3 times with keys that won't open the door.
The motel is soon to be remodeled. It is a good location with plenty of parking space and good size rooms. The rooms are clean but a little worn. The prices are reasonable and the employees are very helpful.
