Motivating Graphics, Haslet TX

Appointment for 11: 30 am. Load wasnt ready i was told by wearhouse manager it would be ready by 6pm. Its now 8: 30pm still no dock door and the workers are telling me the load is waiting approval by manufacturing and still isnt ready. 105 degrees outside. And no driver bathroom "company policy". Inhumane driver conditions at this facility. Avoid if possible. Zero stars. Wont be making the set delivery time. If i knew who talk to, id have this place shut down until they make proper changes.

Edit: currently 10pm. Went inside to ask about the load im picking up and was assigned to door 1. I asked if the load was ready and they're still working on 5 pallets.
Edit 2: 12 hours of sitting empty, finally getting loaded. 1 pallet every 15 minutes. We got several workers standing around the dock. One appears to be snacking and not working.
Edit 3: loaded up and leaving.slow unprofessional dock workers. Eating on the job, workers on their phones. This place needs change.

Got here at 1400, they say my appointment is for 1800. Went back to check at 1900 and now my appointment is for 2000. One of those places you don’t want to be.

Shipping & Receiving entrance is on west side of building near south end, next to door 1. Rolls get delivered to east side near door 12-13, but anything palletized is received on west side.

Superfast, they open at 5am unoad me in 15 minutes, I checked in at 5.15 am, checked out at 530 am. Receving dock is back side of the building by the door no. 12

Takes forever to get loaded.
Appointment was from 6pm-11pm. Haven’t started loading yet it’s past 11pm now. The only excuse is product not ready. It’s the second and the last time for me here.
The worst part is no restroom at all for drivers.

Very very slow loading almost 8 hours i was there. They dont allow restroom to use for drivers.

For drivers, this place is great, you can sleep peacefully, a lot of space, the guys who serve are very nice, they are Latin and they take good care of the drivers, the download is fast.

I've seen mostly bad reviews on this place. BUT, I've got to say this has been THE BEST place I've ever been to for unloading!

Extremely friendly and helpful! My appointment is for tomorrow morning at 0500, but I got here at 2030, and the put me right into a dock. I was unloaded within 15 minutes.

I'll take loads to this place ANYTIME!

If you deliver paper rolls here, expect to be here all day. Also no toilets or even a proper check in area

Had to wait 7: 30 hours to get unloading and lost next load, they don’t care for live unload drivers and only one dock for live unload
