Do not book a load for this company whether you are a dispatch or owner-operator/ company driver. Do not deliver or pick up here, I repeat do not waste your time here pls.
I got here at 2 p.m. On 10/31/23 for a PU and my appointment was at 4 p.m, but as of now I'm writing this review, I got it at midnight on 11/01/23. Pls pls Book some other loads!

This company is so trash they always be trash. I never seen a company like that every hour the foot one pallet. Hs

Couldn't give no stars. Worst place I've ever been to. I had a trailer washout before coming here. This morning another one. They keep saying my trailer smells. Even Blue Beacon says no smell. Lost a day and a half being here.

They have “ignore” down to a science. One of the least driver-friendly companies I have ever delivered to/loaded from. Multiple individuals in the shipping and/or receiving offices do absolutely zero to assist the one individual checking folks in/out. And that one individual routinely leaves the office for other responsibilities; leaving numerous drivers standing in line to be ignored. Been here multiple times and never different….

They are fast when i go to get loaded. 2 hours and I'm gone!
I loaded here 3 times. You need a pen They don't have them in the office at check in. You need your id for checking out.

Came yesterday at 13: 35 but refused to offload
Now 7 to 10am waiting last three hrs still no news for offloading

Four hours! Yeah FOUR! Hours to load the wagon. 30 minutes just for the paperwork! It took under 15 minutes to unload the same load when it got to Iowa! This is what happens when you pay employees by the hour. They're getting paid whether they load one truck or ten trucks! Start paying them per load, and this problem will become nonexistent! The more products you move, the more profitable your company becomes!

4.5 hours to get loaded and out the door. Top that off with the 2.5 hour unload at a different place, 30 minute commute between the two places. That's half of the day gone! Drivers, it's high time EVERYONE starts charging more for detention! It took less than 20 minutes to get this load off the truck when I reached the delivery in Iowa a day ahead of schedule. Picked up my next load in Illinois and was loaded and out the gate in under 30 minutes. There is never a good explanation for taking 4 hours to load a truck. If the dock workers got paid per load to load the truck rather than an hourly wage, you'd see production!

Had no issue with any of the associates and I was loaded up in 3ish hours. My only complaints would be getting assigned door 7 which is the tightest area on the lot and a lack of facilities for drivers to use while here, unless i just didn't see them. They have overnight parking which is always a good thing.

One of the worst warehouses I've seen, the staff is rude and they don't care about you, it's easy to waste 5 hours loading

If I could give no star, I would, this company's shipping and receiving staff are rude and slow, they look at you and pretend like your not even there, they just walk away, you have to lose your patience and get their attention because they won't help you.once you are loaded or unloaded it takes like an hour to get your paperwork, they thiurs to load or unload you, you can tell the employees are miserable, that makes tis place a terrible place to go too, time goes backwards therake

9hrs in Dock NO bathroom no vending machine to get water and A lot please don’t lose your day

This is one of the slowest places I have ever loaded at. Checked in @ 1: 30pm and it's 11: 30pm and still not finished loading me yet. The only good thing about this is that I got a 10 hour break in while waiting to get loaded!

They been getting better been here about 1hour i was loaded super fast today. The guys in the front are awesome especially the one w the pink vest he's super friendly. Security guard is nice and welcoming everytime I come here.

Cheers to the guy who couldn't find a pallet on my trailer, otherwise wasn't bad

The service is slow due to the volume but it is good and if you are lucky at least in 3 hours you will be out!
