I was able to get in contact with someone in maintenance after hours and they were here within an hour. Very friendly and professional.

Excellent response time to maintenance request. Maintenance team is very professional and fixed the drainage problem in a very timely manner.

Save yourself the headaches! While I lived there there was days without water.this went on at least 4 times the past year. Management is rude, unhelpful and ignore issues with the apartment complex. Rent is ok for the area, nice views but honestly not worth it! If you decide to move in make sure you write every little thing on that 10 day list because when you move out they’ll try to charge you for every little thing. If you have pets they take non refundable deposits but won’t give you credit at the end. Bad, bad apartment complex!

This apt has been nothing but a pain in the ear! There is more stress on never knowing if when the next ceiling is going to fall off, in the 5 months I have been renting this place there has been more maintenance man coming in and out of this place the last cave in was on xmas day December 25 woke up to a cave in in the front room by the xmas tree ruin my small rug! No one was working called the emergency ## a mr eddy answer however the problem was seen the next day but, it was so wet it had to wait for a day or 3 to dry! Some of my xmas presents had plaster all over them stress, stress, it was a bad xmas day before I move into this apt it was not up to parr to begin with I could on and on but what for no one listen

Just moved in this week and the staff have been very diligent in taking care of my needs. The move was easy and the apartment is great! Yadira has been of great help, so far I am very satisfied.

Maintenance arrived within an hour of putting in a request. The also helped with a second maintenance problem I forgot to report

I had a refrigerator that wasn't working properly for some time and had repeatedly notified the problem. I understand that there are plenty of maintenance requests and mine got lost in the shuffle, but as soon as the overlook of my requests was discovered the office staff quickly took care of it. I have since received a new refrigerator in an incredibly short time waiting period. I can't thank the entire Mountain Village staff enough for their quick response and diligence in this matter. Thank you all very much.

I appreciate how quickly maintenance orders are handled. Sometimes within just a couple hours of putting in the order. Fantastic team here.

The Maintenance man was polite and address the issues with skills and experience. Service delivery was as promised as it was a critical repair. Great Team there. Maintenence Tech Cheela commands great skills, knowledge and expirence.

It’s a peaceful, beautiful, very spacious place to live at. Wonderful staff, very helpful and professional, especially Letty. Maintance always comes fast to fix details.

Apt #2148 should have new carpet and blinds since they charged me for it because there was supposed damages. Lucky whoever moves in to this apartment.

Placed a low status request to have the sink food disposal fixed and to my surprise they came the following day and took less than two minutes to have it repaired.

Although our dishwasher works, our garbage disposal and kitchen sink is now not draining water and is backed up on both sides of the kitchen sink. This also has cause buds to start coming out of the drains.

Do yourself a favor and do not move here. Ladies that work the front are no help at all. They also have a nasty attitude.

Enjoyed my stay here. If I could’ve renewed my lease I would of. Will be recommending these apartments to everyone. Leasing office management and maintenance were 10/10
Very family and dog friendly

I like the management. Maintenance staff have been prompt and efficient. The grounds are well kept. The tenants are quiet and nice. I have not had any problems with noise from the neighboring apartments. I like this place.

I was referred to this place by a friend and when I went the lady was not very friendly she told me nothing was available would not even write anything down on a pamphlet or offer me to sit and discuss options. Like she was totally offended by my clothes (abaya and hijab) so, I left and I sent my Latino friend in and she was in for about 20 minutes when she came back out she had a bottle of water that they gave her, pamphlet with her name in it and they even wanted to show her a unit. It's frustrating that in this day and age people are still so judge mental over someone's clothes. Well they lost my business.
