The driver was drinking a beer on way to the job.
I quit the same day and they didn’t even send me my check. But I got a W2 ….

My parents hired them to move their entire 4 bedroom home and a very large, very full, storage unit, approximately 75 miles. They packed and wrapped everything, including large furniture and then unpacked and set everything up in their new home. They were professional and worked hard to get the job done. My parents are so pleased they hired them and can't say enough good things about them. Not one item was damaged and they were professional and polite. They arrived at 9: 15 am and completed the entire move at 9pm. Their rates were very reasonable and well worth every penny. Highly recommend.

Loved working Kelly and her team. She was so helpful to my design firm with a large project that we did from out of state. I work with a lot of different receivers and movers all over the country and Move Pros really stands out for their personal service and professional attitude.

Move Bros is the best moving service around. The staff was respectful and courteous, and they handle every item without a problem. I had no issue with them and would recommend them to anyone that needs a moving service.

My sister-in-law moved from Colorado to Fl. The communication was horrible. It took a month for their stuff to get to FL. Then when they arrived they charged her more than they quoted. They wouldn’t give her stuff to her when it arrived until she paid the full new amount. Then a bunch of stuff was missing: parts of a bed, one whole bunk bed unit, office chair, patio furniture, private suitcases with personal items. A good percentage of the dishes were broken. This family was starting over after losing their father in January and now they lost even more. No one will return their phone calls. They have their money and don’t care. Do NOT use this company!

The only good thing I can say about Move Pros is that they completed my move on the day I needed. They took forever to pack and move, damaged my expensive items and then refused to pay anything other than the state required minimum to correct the damage they did. They stopped communicating with me as soon as I did not accept their offer of just over $200 for nearly $2,000 in damage they caused by not putting pads on the items in shipping. They wrap everything in plastic wrap for protection! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

What was scheduled to be a four hour job, turned into nine hours, I guess because the employees didn’t wanna get wet when it rained. They dropped boxes that broke items that are replaceable. When they unloaded boxes they put the little boxes on the floor and the big boxes on top of the little. With arrows put upon boxes boxes were turned over upside down therefore causing food liquids to spill out. They sent one person and three people on crack that didn’t know what to do. I would never ever recommend anyone using this company because they’re not Pros

Amazing service and inexpensive. Darren and Justin were great. They did not rush, but definitely were working quick to finish timely. They took care of all my items and I would definitely use their services again!

After lots of quotes we decided to go with this company and we were so hopeful and accommodating but in the end we were very disappointed.
Our move was supposed to start at 1pm and didn’t start until almost 5pm, we had to extend the truck rental, push back additional moving help and didn’t get the job finished, we had to continue the next day on our own. They shorted us 15 mins of work because the lead guy was a bit chatty with us, very nice, but we would have much rather got 15 more minutes of moving help. His guys, very young men, kept checking their phones and one even started flirting with a neighbor during the move.
After all was said and done we should have paid the $40/$50 extra to secure a company with better time management and more help to accommodate the workload they scheduled that day.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I cannot express this enough. Dealing with them or for that matter the “owner” Kelly is like playing a game of where’s Waldo! She’s never around, she doesn’t return emails, she doesn’t respond to damages done to your items with urgency. It’s been about 5 months since our move and I am still trying to get some sort of settlement for the damages done to my items. They don’t carry enough supplies to cover your items, they are not careful. It’s been a headache to say the least! If I can offer some advise, Don’t use this company.

Do nut walk, but RUN from these. I mean WHY is this ripoff company even still in business?
Don’t people read reviews BEFORE hiring a moving company?
If there was anything less than 1 star, that’s what they would get.
I used them in 2016, not knowing any better! Gave them a terrible review afterwards, but too late!

Everything was awesome from the phone call scheduling our move with Ms Kelly to the movers showing up early/ on time to kindness and all 3 men had a great since of humor Derran was one of the guys name we loved him the other 2 men I dnt remember their names sorry but everybody was AWESOME oh and the prices was great as well. From beginning to end this move with move pro was GREAT tk you we will be back.

Great company. 1st time using a moving company. I would definitely use them again. They moved all my stuff in to my 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor while it was raining within an hour. Highly recommend them. Ask for Jerry and Nick.

Best moving company you can ask for. Fast, on time, and extra careful. Did exactly what needed to be done. These people are still human working in over 100• degree weather and should still be treated with care cause I don’t know how they do it. Derrick and Jeremiah are great and fast and if he Derrick can avoid the dolly, he does. Very satisfied!

The fellas they sent out worked diligently at loading our belongings onto our uhaul truck. The very next day when we unloaded, we noticed that our 70” was cracked. I immediately took photos and reached out to the company to inform them of the mishap. A little over a month later I finally get a reply. I seriously don’t understand how you could expect someone to accept an offer of $65 for a $700+ 70” Vizio. Absolutely ridiculous!

Horrible experience. It was a waste of my money. I moved on 7/31/21 and it took 2 movers 8 hours to move me from my 3 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment. The younger mover kept on taking multiple breaks throughout the day. I ended up paying over $800 for no reason at all when it good have taken them no more than 3 hours. I will never recommend this company to anyone. If I can give negative stars I would. I will be writing to their corporate office about my experience.
