Jill is the best agent you could ever ask for. She helped us with a very difficult transition that we switched from buying a new build to a resale to another resale. We had to get out of a signed contract with a new build due to changes in the moving date. Jill was able to get all earnest money back. And did I mention we are buying from out of state?
