Mr. Appliance is an excellent and reliable company. Our technician, Dan, quickly diagnosed our problem and ordered the parts that we needed. In less than a week he came back and fixed our dryer. Dan was professional, thorough and friendly. We will use this company again if we have any more issues with our appliances.

Mr. Appliance serviceman came in and diagnosed the problems very efficiently. We paid the charges for the repairs and a week or two later. Mr. Appliance came back with the parts that were needed and repaired our frig lighting and our oven lights, as well as calibrated our oven. Very happy with the service.

They sent a very experienced repairman to service our washer. He had the part on his truck and fixed the washer within a very reasonable time. The cost of the part and labor was affordable-especially compared with replacing the washer.

Awesome service. I found Mr. Appliance from an Internet search and decided to give them a try. I filled out my information and received a call later the same day. The appointment was scheduled two business days later! Dan came out and serviced both my washer and dryer at a very low price. He didn't try to upsell any services and let his work speak for itself. I will be a return customer when another appliance needs some TLC. Thank you for great service and super fast response times.
Our technician was easy to arrange and arrived on time for both the initial review and then to replace the bad component. The company was responsive and understanding of our schedule and worked with us to get the job done in a timely manner.
Stay away from this company!
We’re going on 6 months of them coming out to “fix” my initial problem. I’ve had 3 different techs come out on multiple occasions for the same problem and none know what they’re doing. They come out, “change parts” while calling another tech to help them because they don't know what they're doing. They say everything’s good and next thing you know my fridge is broken again or some new issue arises after they've worked on it. They assure me all is good, I fill my fridge just to deal with the same problems and be left with the financial loss. This should've been fixed months ago!
They blame the next person and never take responsibility.
Finally, after losing all my freezer food once again and hearing a piece of my mind, they're refunding me partially. I still have a broken fridge that they've messed with multiple times and no clear answer to what is actually wrong and they won't refund the initial diagnostics fee. Go figure
Save yourselves the headache.
We had an emergency with our fridge. They were the only company that could send someone out same day. Scott was great! He was familiar with our fridge and after listening to us he knew what the problem was. He ordered the part and fixed it a few days later. He gave us some sound advice for the future as our fridge is almost 20yrs old, as to what we should look for to know when it’s time to replace it.
