Had an unexpectedly complicated repair, took a couple visits to repair. Always on time, professional, kept me informed.

Called their office yesterday and the service specialist arrived today at noon as scheduled. The problem with our LP front loader washer was quickly identified, a quote provided and repairs completed under an hour. Great service, highly recommend!

Ryan was right on time, communicated well and didn’t try to sell me on things we didn’t need. He was professional, knowledgeable and very kind.

Called early in the morning; a technician was sent to our home within a few hours. Problem was diagnosed and repaired the same day. The technician was very professional and pleasant, and he provided lots of information about maintenance and care of our appliance. Highly recommend!

It seems their techs are always out on calls, and the person there doesn't have much knowledge of what they can or can not do. Apparently, they have no database on supplies either.

Jairo, our appliance specialists was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to us what he was doing while repairing our brand new dual range oven. I'm am impressed with this company. Did a warranty call with them on a Friday night, they came out on Monday, ordered part and returned the next week to install it. The office, dispatcher and service tech were all a pleasure to work with.

I used Mr Appliance to troubleshoot a fridge I had inherited. The tech was fast, efficient and candid - he could of suggested expensive repairs but instead let me know the cost of repairs were simply not worth it and might not last long. The price of the assessment was reasonable. I will use this company again in future if I need appliance repair or evaluation.

He explained the problem in understandable detail to allow me to make a decision to repair or replace which I opted to allow him to repair. He left my home as clean as he found it and removed all his trash. I highly recommend this company.
