Mr. Appliance was careful in protecting us, the customer with pictures of their repair person prior to his arrival and with an arrival timeline.

Aaron was wonderful, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to not only fix our dryer but advised after care and precautions post repair. They are also VERY reasonably priced.

Abiel came out, and in less than an hour, had our dryer running again. He was professional and friendly throughout the entire process, and was willing to go the extra mile in diagnosing and repairing the dryer. We will definitely be using this location in the future

First time customer. Samsung dryer stopped running - you’d hear the motor sound but drum wouldn’t turn. Mr Taylor (can’t recall first name) came out and within 20 minutes had the dryer apart and problem ID’d - an article of clothing was blocking the drive spindle. Had feared our 7 year old dryer would need replaced and was very happy it was easily fixed. I’d recommend Mr Appliance anytime - very professional.

They came out 5 times to fix my refrigerator then past the 90 warranty by a day they refused to fix it unless they charge me again! First telling me it was still under warranty then changed their minds. I’ve spent over 1,000 with this company on 2 different repairs and taken off work several times bc the technician failed miserably over and over but they already had my $! Poor customer service all the way around. Nope, Don’t do it!

I had my GE front loader washer machine repaired, Joseph did an excellent job and was very professional and knowledgeable.

Wonderful response.and an immediate fix to our refrigerator that wasn’t cooling correctly. He showed up within hours of our initial call and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful!

Service was very good. Technician was very professional, thorough, on time, and answered all of our questions. The only negative to the service was it was priced a little high.

Abiel came out within an hour and repaired our broken dishwasher and 12/10! He knew everything and then some and very friendly as well. Will definitely use him and this company again

First time using this business and I was very pleased. Brock was very kind and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and gave all of the options for possible repair. They had to order a part which came in quickly and was able to be installed next day. I definitely recommend them if you need a fridge repair!
