Mr. Gatti's Pizza, Austin TX

I believe Gattis was overwhelmed tonight. My apple pizza was doughy. Other than that Pizza was great!

Just bit into my build your own order from them, and it is unformed mush. Pizza soup, if you will.

Great Food, Friendly customer service, and awesome price deals. I love my neighborhood Mr. Gattis.plus it has a drive thru window!

I love. The sampler! Its got blk & gn olives, mushrooms, onions, bell pepper, Canadian bacon, sausage& Pepperoni's, what ever u order its loaded!

I tried to call and speak to the manager, was unsuccessful and very disappointed. 30 min hold and no answer. I live in corpus and when I come to Austin I look forward to my Gattis Pizza. Tonight, I had more crust then pizza and all of my hamburger was thrown in the middle. I am not happy! I spent a lot of money for pizza to come to me like this!

First they got my order wrong then They brought me the wrong food and over charged me this isn’t the first I was put on hold for the manager and he or she never came to the phone bad service

Not a good experience this last time. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes, I called again because I figured my call had been forgotten in the process and the guy taking calls just hung up on me. So I called again and he rudely put me on hold again without asking if I could hold. The process was just a terrible experience I decided to order pizza from another place.

Bit into my pizza and it was softer than usual so I took It apart and the crust wasn’t even fully cooked

My delivery order via Grubhub was made at 4: 48 and delivered at 8: 05. That portion may not be the restaurant’s fault. The salad was delivered with the wrong dressing, the cinnamon sticks w/o the icing, the combo included a drink and the wrong soda was given! The pizza was unsurprisingly cold. I’m sure it sat from the prep time until it was picked up.
This was an absolute perfect failure amongst both parties.

Don't order through delivery. It goes through doordash and they don't put the order in until the food is ready I guess, or maybe it takes longer to do it through the restaurant. Just order straight from doordash and you'll get the food way faster. Or just don't eat here, the pizzas pretty bad anyway.

Tldr, waited an hour and a half for a 4 minute drive delivery.

Very Disappointed. I talked to a manager by the name of Shaun in regards to my pizza order not being correct. So basically it was a waste of money. I know now to check my order before I leave. I called and he said he would give me a credit. 3 days later I call and he's not in and he didn't put that I was owed a credit. Horrible customer service.

Wonderful experience! First time to order from this location. They delivered promptly and were very courteous. Food was great!

Ordered a pizza at 11: 20am and it arrived around 12: 55pm. My online order stated it would take 45 minutes. The pizza was cold and didn't even have all the ingredients that are suppose to come on the pizza. This place gets a big 2 thumbs down from me.
