I called for inquiry and immediately they schedule me the next day for estimates. Then come the day of the appointment, not only did they gave me options and estimates, Tony fixed the issue on my kitchen sink within an hour. He was very professional and honest. I highly recommend these guys. I will call in the future for their services. Thank you.

My experience with Mr. Rooter was excellent. The technicians Joe and Josh were very professional and completed all of the work on the same day. They explained everything thoroughly and gave me more than one option to solve the problem. While the work was being performed, Joe and Josh showed me all of the issues and their progress during every step of the repairs. Nothing was done to my house without me seeing it and approving of it. After the work was completed, I received a call from Mr. Rooter to insure I was satisfied with the work. I am highly impressed by this company and recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.

We had an emergency. A broken valve. You came on time, responded to another issue that came up, consulted on our next project. Couldn’t possibly have been better!

Place was recommended by my niece who had worked done several years ago. I was not disappointed. CJ was the tech who did the work. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do. Left the place clean. Gave me pointers for filing with the insurance. I am very pleased with his work. Replacement water heater is good quality and price is also reasonable.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I hope no Human Being is paying these Ridiculous prices.

I wanted to laugh at the worker when he tried looking at me with a straight face and said 1,085.00 for the job.

Mr Rooter: You TRIED Price Gouging a 20 plus year RETIRED COMBAT VETERAN.

I’m NOT really expecting ANY Human “Supervisor/Manager” from Mr Rooter to respond! I highly doubt they have a human with Integrity working for them.

Roto Rooter 875.00 which I thought was ridiculous high. But wait.
Mr Rooter 1,085.00 FYI, Your Technician didn’t look professional. Van looks like it Failed inspection. At least look the part if you’re going to try and charge Premium Prices.

Technician Robert was excellent. He completed the job in one day, and went out of his way to make sure it was done well. Pearl was very detail oriented and friendly on the phone.

Manny was our plumber, he quickly gave us a free estimate explaining the cost and then got to work clearing the clog in our drains. Manny was personable and did a good job. Work area was cleaned up and left as it was when he arrived

Another word other than GREAT is OUTSTANDING! From start to finish, Gil Floes Jr.and Josh Borrego showed professionalism, mannerism and expertise in doing their job and the hard task of moving a drain and water lines for the dish washer from the kitchen to the laundry room. They started on time every day and informed me of any changes to the duration of work. For the amount and level of work that needed to be done, the price was worth it. Gil and Josh deserve to be recognized for their work and the pride showed in their performance. Nicely done!

Gilbert from Mr. Rooter had lots of knowledge in his craft, Gina took my call and booked an appointment that same morning, within an hour someone was in our home working on the repairs. I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter for future plumbing issues

Gilbert, the technician, was fabulous. He resolved our plumbing issue quickly, explaining the problem along the way. He also stated the bigger concern about the water pressure and its effect on the pipes. He made a recommendation on a long term fix.
