The manager Ray helped me out this evening. He was a huge help with getting tree sap cleaned off, a quick hand dry, and offered spectacular customer service! I’ll definitely be back thanks to him. Thanks Ray, keep up the great work!

Don't waste your time at this place. I just spent $9.00 dollars, and my truck is still dirty. If you are doing self-service, it should at least have working parts. Foam brush is a joke. Vacuum has hole in it, and apparently, leaves on carpet are too difficult to vacuum. Not a cloth on the premises, won't ever come back here.

At first, i was skeptical because you could clearly tell that one of the machines is missing the overhead brushes that scrubs the hood and roof parts of your car. But as a replacement they have a wash attendant that hand scubs your car with a wash brush. That made a world of a difference. I mean he got in to places the automated brushes couldn't even reach. Overall car was clean, the guy working had excellent customer service and went above and beyond! Very happy with the service provided! Plus free vacuums!

There’s not a lot of self, serve washes in the city, and this is one of them. I love that they use a credit card reader and you’re not required to use coins only. It did the job.

DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE! Staff is absolutely horrible! Got yelled at for washing my car with a mitt and bucket. Took me less than 4 minutes. What's the difference if I do that or use their brush?
Then I parked on the side, out of the way, to dry it off (even confirmed with customers I was out of the way) and a worker came yelling at me that I am in the way and to move my car. I told him I'm clearly not in the way and then I'm not moving. He got very upset and belligerent, even yelling at my wife at one moment. Then 2 other guys came out and started yelling at me. The staff at this place is absolutely terrible! One was acting as if he was going to attack me. Anyway, I hope the owners are awair of who's running this place. There is a right and wrong way to confront people!

The owner called and was very apologetic and offered a gift card to make thing's right.
Then things went bad again.
I went back to use my gift card and was instantly confronted by one of the workers for using a mitt on my car.very rude and confrontational again. While he was speaking to me the other worker was staring me down from a far. My wife was scared of them and sat in the car. The owner said I can use the mitt, I washed two cars before the one next to me was finished so what's the problem?
I called and left another complaint but the owner never called me back. Needless to say, I'll never be back here again, plenty of other car washes that are happy to see me using their business.

Clean, equipment is working and the hoses to vacuum your car are extra long so it's very convenient

Love this place but today your employee was so annoying. Place was not busy at all and this excuse of an employee says I’m taking too long in the bay? I wasn’t the only one he approached either. Another couple was in the bay for about 5 minutes and he tells them they need to finish up so the bay can be available for another car. I saw him do this the whole time I was there. I’ve been going to this car wash for 5 years and never seen another employee this annoying. He needs to go. He was working there 3/12/23 at 2 pm.

We pay car wash unlimited for 15dlls per month and is worth it! They wash it, dry for you and you have the option to vacuum yourself for free.
Excellent service!

I do the monthly pass and wash my car at least three times a week. They start with a hand scrub, run you through the machine and then towel dry your vehicle. Attendants are always quick and friendly.
