MRE Property Management, Arlington TX

Horrible customer service! I asked a simple and reasonable question, as a prospective customer. The question I asked was wether this company is a property management company (hence the actual name of the company) or a brokerage. I received a call from whom I’m assuming is the owner, who proceeded to claim that I was personally was attacking said company by the question I asked. My husband and I were shocked, that a “business owner” would call a customer with a bias accusatory tone and not have the skills to engage in a appropriate conversation.

I spoke with a gentleman here by the name Q Wilson. Was so helpful and patient, I love how they conduct business here and will definitely be referring others here as well.

SO happy with the company but Mr. Q Wilson in particular. He’s sharp and polite, I carefully researched 3 highly recommended. Mr. Wilson was the only one to come extremely well prepared with detailed information and well reasoned advice. Can't imagine using anyone else after this.

I can’t speak highly enough of the management at MRE! I had a less than ideal moving in situation and Shalove and Katerina were so responsive and helped me through all of the issues (that were fully out of their control) thrown my way. They even gave me a gift basket for all the troubles! I would recommend them to anyone!

So sad I drive 35 minutes to look at a house that they had listed for 1875 but because I have a section 8 voucher they wanted to charge 2400. I can’t believe they would do that especially being low income! Fix your ad and put correct information. They are not allowed to do this by the way that discrimination

I’ve been working with this wonderful property for a year now. I just renew my lease with them because of how great they are! Very professional and helped me with any questions I had about my move! I have had absolutely NO problems out of this property! They reply fast and are always willing and ready to help! I highly recommend them!
