PA Ramos is the best. She goes into detail about health and is right on it. She listens carefully and gets you the correct diagnosis.

Ms. Ramos is attentive and understanding. She is very knowledgeable and looks to the best plan of action to help with my ailments.

Mt. West Family Health Care is awesome…Dr Ramos was so thorough and pleasant…she took the time to listen to me and to explain every detail on my lab results…this is what is needed from all physicians to make you the most important individual at that moment…I love this place many doctors and lots of staff and rooms…is great…the staff was pleasant and efficient…thank you all for caring!

So far I have had a great experience going to see my doctor at this site. Ms. Ramos is very attentive and her staff is also equally attentive. I will continue to come here for my medical needs as I have for over 20 years.

Ms. Ramos is such an amazing Physician Assistant and a great asset to this office. Praying she'll never leave, being she's the only medical staff who has finally figured out how to control my thyroid issue. No other PA or doctor ever has. The staff is alright, even though I don't know them. They change staff frequently. I used to know and love the old & stable ones years ago.

My experience at this place was worst than ever first of all I called to set an appointment and the person who was scheduling my appointment decideds to ask if I wanted dr. Ramos or the other dr.when all this time I see dr.ramos then I go in for just some lab work and the person who was doing my blood work did not know what she was doing so she had to get some one to help her and the young lady who came to help got it done I have never had these problems before and I have been going here for a long time.

I went for my annual check up and had to see a different provider he was on the ball and was able to answer my questions because he took the time to go through my medical records and knew where I was coming from.

Great service and I was un and out in less then 30 minutes for blood work and annual check up!

Friendly employees. Fast service. Have been coming here for over 20 years. Would highly recommend their medical services.

This visit was probably the first time my appointment was finished within an hour and thirty minutes. Was happy things went smoothly. Keep up the movement. Over booking is a nightmare. Hopefully my visit next week, will be as pleasant.

Ms Ramos is always so cheerful when she walks into the exam room. She always takes the time to review and explain everything. Ms. Ramos always makes sure you don't have any questions and gives you all the information she can about your medications.

I had a horrible experience at Dr. Villalobos' office through his physician assistant, Jennifer Lopez.

I visited their office regarding a medical condition and asked questions about different medications, side effects, recommended course of actions and also discussed current symptoms. I believe I was courteous throughout the visit, however, the physician's assistant was offended because I was asking questions and stated that "wasn't comfortable with my communication. " I told her to continue with the appointment and stopped asking questions and then she interrupted the medical visit, stated that she would not treat me and that I would have to be seen by Dr. Villalobos and that he was "more strict. " She then walked out of the room.

I was not rude, I did not insult her, I did not raise my voice and I believed I behaved in a courteous fashion, although I apparently asked too many questions.

I am a business owner and tried to give this office a chance, though I was skeptical because their reviews are so poor. I am appalled at how terribly I was treated - I think it boils down to the fact that the physician's assistant didn't either know the answers to my questions or they expect all of their patients to arrive at their office and do exactly as they say and not ask any questions about their health.

The doctor is never available and seems more concerned with opening offices and generating revenue for himself than ensuring that his patients receive quality - or at least halfway - decent medical care. My heart goes out to the poor patients who believe they are getting medical care at this subpar office. I highly recommend that all persons avoid this office - you will.not be seen by a licensed doctor but rather by a physician's assistant with a bad attitude who is easily offended if you even dare to ask her questions about proposed treatment plans.

I’ve been a patient of them for about 2 yrs now, I’ve enrolled in their membership plan as well. I really like their Olán it’s convenient when you’re not insured elsewhere. Staff is nice and courteous. My issue is the fact excessive wait when you are there even with an appointment! I had an appointment for an annual exam I waited on the room for a good hour to finally get my blood work done. Whole visit was close to 2 hours. That’s way too long.
