Made an appointment to see a used vehicle and drove a long way to get to the dealership only to get there and be told it was just sold.makes no sense if I have an appointment to see the car I should be able to see the car.would not recommend this place.

I can't express how amazed I am with this company. I'll never look at another dealer. Team Gillman has taken care of me ever since I started leasing from them. I've been driving it for over a year with no problems and I'm just as in love with my mazda3 as the day I purchased the lease. Also, I normally am VERY skeptical about service packages, but they proved me wrong. They'll send a video of your service so that you can see everything that was inspected. Everything they do is over the top and exceeds expectations. They'll also hook you up with carfax every time you visit as well. Honestly, every aspect of this experience has been perfect and exceeded my expectations. I feel like this has been white-glove experience at a very affordable rate (sorry to sound like a commercial). If you're looking through reviews and are wanting to buy/lease, you will NOT regret at least stopping by.

Service team was friendly and efficient. They got me in and out quickly and gave me appropriate recommendations for my vehicle. They didn't push me though, which is important. Money is tight with Covid and all, and they didn't make me feel bad for not going for extra services.

The biggest thing I found to be admirable was the service provider actually gave me advice on how I could save money in other ways. Really appreciate that, because I took his advice and it all worked out.

I will be bringing my car back for service here in the future.

Of the dozens of dealerships I've contacted, Ray is the only person who consistently stayed in touch with me to help me find what I was searching for. He is exceedingly responsive, he did not try to push any car I was not interested in, and I believe he has the customer's best interest at heart. This is a lofty statement as I'm generally quite skeptical of dealerships, but Ray has left a great impression.

I would purchase directly from Team Gillman Mazda based on the excellent customer service alone. Best of luck to Ray and his team!

Pedro was literally the only good thing about the experience. Quite frankly probably the only honest one. Car was delivered to my brother in law to check it out and told me about some of the problems with the car. I addressed it with Javier and he assured me that those issues would not be a problem correcting and the car was ready Saturday night. When I went in to purchase the car on a Monday and test drive it the car was filthy and it still had the problems low tread, window making weird sounds etc.the salesman told me that the cost of the repairs were not worth what they were selling it for. Should have been upfront to begin with but I conceded that. One thing I wanted addressed was the keyless entry not working which both the salesman and finance guy told me would be fixed. The service manager was one of the most smug, dishonest people I’ve encountered. While it’s possible they may not have known it was an actuator which is expensive for them they should not have given me that assurance. Nor should I have signed any documents until they held onto their word so lesson learned. Been waiting on the GM Doug for a call back for 3-4 weeks right now as his own investigation must be 21 seasons long of law and order at this point. Filing with BBB is the only way to go now.

Munday Mazda took care of 3 recalls, scheduled maintenance, and added my license plate to the front of my vehicle in just a few short hours. The second I pulled up, I was greeted by a manager and taken care of. It was quick, easy and convenient. I highly recommend Munday Mazda.

The service was great.initially was supposed to be a 3 hr wait and it was cut in half by the advisor that noticed my 3 yr old son in the back of the car

Friendly staff, awesome service, and great attention to detail. Prices are competitive. Comfortable waiting room and complimentary snacks/coffee makes long wait times bearable.

The vehicle was for my son. Price was fair service was good. Had to wait for the salesman to return from test drive. We were offered refreshments. The vehicle had issues a day after buying. Brought the car back and was given a loaner. Picking up today. We’ll see how it goes from there. All in all I’d go back.

Thank you, Stephanie! She helped me out alot with my coasters. For whatever reason my hubby thought they were used. They look good now on my truck. Also thanks to Oscar one of the Managers that gave me a new battery. Stephanie is one of the best there. Very polite, pays attention to her customers, and I know she is very busy but she always makes time to help!

Chef Ndofor is the person you will want to work with. He is very knowledgeable and patient, he will give you all the information you need to buy a car. I will definitely recommend Chef Ndofor to anyone who wants to buy a car.

Wolf is by far one of the best car salesmen that I’ve met. He is very to the point and doesn’t sugarcoat anything just to make a sale. He is also very knowledgeable about all the different vehicles they sell here, and was able to pinpoint which vehicle I would like the best after only giving him a few details. Got a timing chain and vvt replacement for my Mazdaspeed, service was great and the loaner car was nice. I happy with my repair

First time taking my car for a simple oil change and it took 1 hour and half because they only had one tech at the time and I asked for a courtesy car wash and the service guy played stupid and told me it was never mentioned on the work order which has to be a lie because the girl that took my keys from me said she would put it in and would make sure of it. This customer service sucks and I would not recommend anyone getting a oil change at this location. It doesn't even deserve one star!
