I feel like they do what they can here but they charge a pretty good premium for required musical gear for children in school band but there's very few places that you can get that stuff locally but the store is nice and it has good employees

Always have what I need for sheet music, instrument supplies, and the store has an approachable and knowledgeable staff! I would highly recommend! They also give lessons and do rentals too! Thanks guys!

I was looking for a music supply store through Google and came across this local. After reading the reviews, (the majority was about Austin) I decided to check them out. It's true this is a great store. The whole staff was nice, very informative, and helpful. Of course there was Austin. Thanks again to the whole staff.

Karen initially helped me from the start. She was very friendly and great customer service. Austin was the muscle as soon as he walked in he helped loaded the piano. Great people to work with glad I found this place.

I ordered a saxophone thru my daughter school and I haven’t received, the sales guy at my daughter school said that he work at this store, when I called the store the said they said that they don’t know anything about the order and I had to call the sales person, called sales person, no answer, 10 min hold time for customer service

Music & Art hwy 6 waco Tx. Store Mr. Warren the store manager and Mr. Austin lead sales guy helped me with some issues I had with a particular instrument. I am very appreciative for their experteace and super customer service.

Just took my cheap beginner banjo (that I bought somewhere else) up there for some adjustments and Austin was great. He made some adjustments to my neck and action before tuning it back up for me on the spot and was very knowledgeable. The banjo sounds great and the action feels cleaner. Though it looks like their stock consists mainly of brass, woodwind and guitar (with some drum pieces), they've assured me they could help with my next banjo purchase. Would recommend. Found my new favorite music shop.

Lisa answered the phone and encouraged me to come to their shop and look at my training violin that I had received from my pastor. She was very helpful and taught me a few things about the violin. She replaced my A string and tuned it for me, showed me how to properly care for my instrument. I purchased a few things that needed purchasing and also gave me a veterans discount. I encourage all veterans to go to Music & Arts store for a real friendly experience.

Just bought my first electric guitar and amp, and the salesman was very helpful and gave us a great deal. I'm so glad that I chose Music & Arts to purchase my guitar, I will be returning for any musical needs. Y'all shout too!

Lisa from Music and Arts answered the phone answered questions about student guitars and offered to set one aside I was there a bit later and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products I was looking for. She was very kind and delivered enthusiastic customer service that made shopping here fun. I recommend for musical instrument needs, music classes, and events. They have a local Facebook page run by Lisa for these events.

The Waco music store manager Lisa & Aron are the best team ever. They were always helpful and very knowledgeable about the options in obtaining an musical instrument.

Great place Great customer service Thank you Austin for all the help! Awesome guy! I talked to him over the phone the day before. He didn’t hesitate to answer all my questions. He was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and willing to help. We went in the next day and he answered more of our questions about lessons, looked up equipment we needed, he even restringed my bass. We will be doing all our musical business here.
